I had to come back and let you know I made this for the first time tonight and it was BOMB! I tweaked it a little cause I didn't have the crab boil liquid. I used old bay seasoning instead of creole/Cajun seasoning. I used ricotta cheese and mixed garlic, onion, black pepper and basil seasoning in ( since I didn't have garlic & herb seasoning, just used the seasonings within that I had on hand). I used mild cheddar and mozzarella for the cheeses that was layered. 2 1/2 cups of heavy cream since I didn't have half and half. I also used oven ready lasagna noodles in a metal baking tray so I did 400 temp for 30 minutes it was PERFECT! Thank you for this recipe!!!

Looks delicious, It's been years since I've made this, like you I made a few changes from the original recipe, I used cream cheese, and 3 different types of cheeses, 1 part heavy cream one part 1/2 and 1/2 etc. problem is I can't find my revised version.
