I have been struggling with Angle rolls but because of this video I can do them with no problems! Thank you so much for your amazing content! I aspire to be such an outstanding baton twirler as you.
The angle of your arms will really impact how the second half of your roll will go! If it’s too steep it will fall right down, and too flat will cause the baton to stop before it makes it across! My biggest advice is to pull your shoulders down and head up!
Wow...you are an excellent instructor, you break everything down so nicely! I'm really glad i found your channel!!
Thank you! This means so much to me!!!

Hi thank you for your video. My question is what is the gripping part in the middle of your baton? Is it a tape or does the baton come this way?
Hi! It is tennis tape! I have a full RUclips video called “how to tape your baton” that has all the details!
how do you get the momentum at the end of the first half?
