@@sammyarellano9278 we already know these, but they probably meant the two unknown presets. it was still not known till this date but if i do remember correctly, im STILL pretty sure the two unknown ones are ayu and yatcho (or jet). you can find them through the preset section too btw.

You have to reach it to level 2 than it might be the problem
You have 108 characters so the Last three are empty. You have three characters by code (look for a tuto) and three at lvl 100
