    But in the end which is better: Zn Glycinate or Zn Picolinate? Can you give some good brands of these supplements ?

      They are both highly absorbed. The brand I use is 50/50 of both. By a company called Igennus (Zinc Complex) it also has 1g of copper.

      @@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies thanks for your swift response. I'm 45 years old and from since last year I've been noticing my hair has been falling like crazy. I'm afraid to comb or bathe it. What is your view of this issue? And by the way what's the difference between glycinate and bisglycinate? Is one better than the other? Thanks and keep up the great work you're doing with these videos.

      You are welcome, I have a hair loss video coming out in the next couple of weeks. Generally it's caused by high DHT (Androgenetic Alopecia). Zinc helps to block this. Glycinate and Bisglycinate is exactly the same thing. @@tickedoffsheikh8587

      Bro i have quit masturbation but night fall won't stop it's literally been year I have been getting night fall multiple times in months not sure what to do is there specific type of doctor we should go to for this issue

      ​@@masqueradeee avoid watching sexual contents, eat less in night , don't eat heavy at night, avoid milk products, walk for 15 minutes before going to bed, never sleep straight always sleep sideways, utilize your energy do exercise..I followed this things and trust me nightfall frequency will reduce and last but most important always wake up before 5am 8 out of 10 nightfall happen after 5:30 in morning you can experience...

      @@hyj2730 Thanks for the suggestions man I'm following some of these and will definitely try to follow all, just thought if i needed to go to doctor as it's getting worse and it's been for a long time.
