Thanks for being more detailed in your video. I couldn't understand the height adjustment and tried several times. When you actually showed the bottom lift and snap then pull for adjustment then maybe this will help me

After closing the bonnet, and the front clip is engaged, the back does not “clip” into a locking position. Not sure it is faulty or if I am doing something incorrectly. It was locked when first opened.

Hi, just purchased this hair a few days ago. Yes, I did have problems adjusting my dryer. To avoid breaking it, I put it back into the box for a return payment. Then I watched your video, on how to make an adjustment, however I need this dryer to adjust lower not higher, please help me with this adjustment before I choose to return it back to the store. Thanks 😂
You may have already returned it by the time this reply gets to you. Apologies for the delay. However, if you have not returned it, my best suggestion - at this time - would be to find something comfortable to elevate your head closer to the inside of the dryer hood. So, potentially something you could sit on to get your head closer to the inside of the hood. I hope that this helps!

If you are asking about dryer time, it really depends on what you are doing. For a deep condition, I would recommend 25 minutes or less.

When I pull it up, I tug it a tad bit hard to make sure it is steady. I looked at it again, and it looks like the sides encompassing it are snug to it as well; which seems to help keep it from sliding back down. I hope this helps!

Why does the hand dryer have clumps of whitish residue? Is that normal? My ears have been aching
This would be a great question for the manufacturers of the product. This one is a sit under dryer, so the issue would possibly not show up in this one since it is not a hand* dryer. Again, a better question for the manufacturer of the hand* dryer that you own. If you are saying hair* dryer; again, a better question for the manufacturer of this product. I'm sorry you are going through that! I hope they can assist you with it.
