I feel like you are one of the very few UX designers who go into the REAL nuts of bolts of UX, and not just the glossy aesthetic shit. So thank you for that 🙏
I notice in my own behavior that I tend to watch a video rather than read I must admit!! Thank you for making these videos with no bullshit stories and information!
As a midweight ui/uxer, who has been through companies with low ux maturity and am in one now that has low ux buy-in, I am beginning to realise that there is so much that I am supposed to know by now but I don't and not gonna lie I've been feeling completely discouraged recently (struggling with depression fog as well) and not knowing where to start. Part of my brain keeps blaming me for not knowing these ux methods earlier, but what I really appreciate about you Vy, is there you always take an educational and gentle approach to guiding us regardless of the design levels we are at - with such useful information and good resources. And for that, I really thank you so much Vy - the work that you do means a lot to people like me.
Love your content Vy! I just wanted to let you know that the title card has been incongruous with the video title for this video and another I've seen-I guess you could count this as an error uncovered in the usability testing of your videos.
Love your content. Been watching for a while and you have really helped become a better designer. Last week, I was offered my first full time role as a product designer at a big company, so thank you for all the help. Keep up the great work! Also would love it if you did a video on jobs to be done framework vs personas
What does your hypothesis state? Do you need to find out what your people do (behaviours) or what they say about it (attitudes)? Probably both but depends on the context of what and how deep you need to investigate
Hi Sir, What you are telling is all Theories and definitions which we can read or even watch videos, there are plenty of them online. Tell us something tangible, Walk us through a real-world project, a problem, a solution. Something which is practical not this Theoretical balloon made of words.
Actioning of what you see on RUclips videos is up to you - don't make me create a project for you. However, if you do end up doing UX properly and want to share the public - ping me, happy to walk through it and make a video. other than that - this video is clearly not for you, and while I value the request - next time make sure it's framed as a request.
