Excellent eclectic haul! I enjoy your walk through grading, etc. in this video. The Swamp Thing is a nice looking book. Thanks for the video!
Some Great Books And Very Fun To Watch Your Vids ... ROCK ON .. Nice Bevis & Butthead #1
Another successful haul from the flea market from you. Love seeing what you find there.
Love that Swamp Thing #1
Cool Deathlok #1 I actually have all 4 to that set
had them all these years since the 90's love your channel
Jim watch all the time !
Another top-notch video Jim!
Those Golden Age Western comics were in fantastic shape for being from the 40s & 50s.
I've begun collecting Silver Age Marvel & DC Westerns this past year when I discovered some of my favorite artists were active in this genre in the 60s.
I have most of the second half of the Tomahawk run -- Neal Adams did the covers for 13 of them: 116-119, 121, & 123-130.
Your run is indeed a fantastic find, as most non-super hero titles were not collected and weren't cared for in the same way.
Congratulations on your terrific haul 😊
Swamp thing #1. Nice
fantastic haul Jim
Stormville is always a real treat to go to.
Favourite kid colt and two gun kid books.
Great haul sir
I would like to see a video on how many times Mary Jane played a super hero and what books they were in. Thanks :)
I hope the offer he made that you couldn't refuse did not involve waking up next to a horse's head.
The covers of the Tom Mix comics are quite eye-catching.
That Deathlok series was good but suffered from rotating artists syndrome. If Jackson Guice and Scott Williams had remained the art team throughout then it would be a very memorable miniseries indeed.
Gray Morrow was not only a fine comics artist but also an excellent SF and Fantasy paperback cover artist.
I completely agree about Mister Miracle #19-25 from 1977-78, Marshall Rogers and Michael Golden pencils and a who's who of great inkers including Neal Adams, Rick Bryant and Terry Austin.
Overall a fine lot of comics Jim, great variety in genre and age.
"that'll really draw the kids in" almost made me spit my coffee out lol!
I've been starting to buy a lot of those Image books like Cyberforce because I'm seeing large stretches in my LCS' 50 cent bin. Nice pick-ups!
Westerns are an extremely niche genre. The only ones I collect are Neal Adam’s’ covers. Which are mostly issues of Tomahawk and a few other DC westerns. That Tomahawk cover you showed was indeed a Neal Adams cover.
While Marvel & DC Romance titles may not be exciting stories, higher grade ones are hard to find.
You're not the first man to search for Blackhawk on the lowdown.
