This is a truly wonderful film. One man putting it all on the line in the name of entertainment and boy, was it worth it. The tears were streaming down my face as I watched the poor guy desperately trying to keep it together in the face of diminishing odds, as the heat from the curry tightened its grip and refused to yield. It’s a 10/10 from me, completely off the charts. Well done and thank you!
Poor MacMaster. He really suffered here. Never the less, top marks for his bravery for taking the challenge.

As a student at York Uni, the first match for the rugby XV required a challenge in Bradford. Play the game...run a mile to a hole in the wall curry shop (just bowls of curry, no rice, sides, naans) sink six pints of beer and eat a volcanic vindaloo. I hate beer and don’t like hot food🤦🏻♂️ I think you need plain rice at the start to protect the stomach.

Tried this place on a visit to London back in the summer, and loved their food. Got to go back and try this next time we're up as I'm an occasional phall eater and that looks absolutely amazing. Darren handled this so well. Mac did well but still needs a bit of training ;)

You took my advice about the toilet roll! That was a really enjoyable vlog, well worth the wait. For a curry wuss, it was very impressive the way you kept going back for more! City Spice is my favourite Indian restaurant in Brick Lane but even though I can handle a hot curry, I don't like pain so I'll stick to the vindaloo!
Ah, that was brilliant. I don't think I could of survived that, but maybe I would of ordered another one without so much spice just to enjoy the taste. Planning to go their this Christmas.

Just a word of advice; milk is good for a burnt mouth but equally as effective is a slice of lemon or time; both bind with the capsacium which is burning your tongue. Trust me; I'm from Birmingham. My Indian friend's mom once sent me all the ingredients and instructions to make 'green eggs', the green part being chillis. I duly cooked the dish and it was delicious (unlike you I like heat). But seriously, it seemed way hotter on the way out than it was on the way in.

Aw man I was killing myself at Lee’s suffering! Hottest ever curry I cooked was a Burmese meat chilli fry, used 12 dried red chillies 🌶 in it, loadsa flavour but must’ve lost half my weight in sweat🤣🤣🤣good job Lee for manning up and trying as much as you could muster though!😛👍

Macmaster struggled with Geoff on the Chilli Chicken challenge in Manchester , i thought he would struggle with this one , but it was a great effort
The key to eating (and enjoying) hot curries, is to build your tolerance levels up. Start entry level at a balti, then vindaloo, phall and finally the insane strength ones such as this. It takes time, but eventually the heat doesn't affect you anywhere near as much, and you can then enjoy the flavours.
