Youth Skill Development Programs of Dr. Reddy's Foundation

Skill Gaps mean a large number of unemployed youth and poor livelihood outcomes. Taking forward our founder Dr. K. Anji Reddy's vision of enabling youth to benefit from employment opportunities in the organized sector, our GROW skill development centres train youth from low-income households on Core Employability Skills and Technical Skills required for gaining meaningful employment opportunities.
Today we have a variety of initiatives ranging from centres exclusively for women to centres preparing youth for careers in Green Economy. To date, we have trained over 4,50,000 youth and provided them with placement support.
