Employability Skills Training for Persons with Intellectual Disability

Dr. Reddy's Foundation is committed to inclusion and our program for Persons with Disabilities caters to training young people with 11 different disabilities. We work in 16 states at 39 locations. We recently started training for young people with intellectual disabilities. The aspirants will undergo training in core employability skills along with workplace simulations and field visits. Apart from doing job matchmaking and providing placement support, we also sensitize employees to improve the inclusion of persons with intellectual disabilities in their workforce.
