For anyone having issues with the replay file not updating to the latest saved replay, you need to ensure that you have set a hotkey for "Instant Replay" in settings -> hotkeys, and you are using that hotkey to save your replays 👍
I installed the move transition and it does not seem to be working, I moved the two files like you said but it is not popping up. What should I do?
I ran into this problem also, I had the hot keys set but I was not actively recording. As soon as I recorded for 20 seconds then hit the hot keys it worked perfectly thank you

Same issue. Using that hotkey, keeps playing the same old replay file, not the new one. Script looks correct and in correct location

Bro the replay buffer is not upper updating, or it is the latest replay buffer is not playing when I click on the instant replay. How can I get my saved replay buffer to select the lates one?

For the latest version of OBS there is no source Mirro as mentioned at 12:20 Can you help with that? I will really appreciate. And you also said at the beginning of this tutorial that each time I save Replay Buffer, the old footage will be replace by the new one. But it is not happening. I got so many saved replays buffer and each time I try replay, only the first replay buffer pop up.

For the zoom effect just setup a filter on the 'Instant Replay [NS]' source with a move transition that will zoom it in when the filter is active and then return it after time and then auto deactivates the filter (it's an option) or when you toggle that filter again it returns. Then setup a hotkey for that filter using OBS Tools for the streamdeck and you don't need another secondary nested scene

5:45 so having a replay system implemented on my stream would stop me from multi streaming?
i use the advanced recording tap to add my stream url + stream key (fom YT For EX) in the recording path. would there be any other way to keep the replay and multi stream?

I’ve been testing this for the last couple of days and my god this is the greatest thing ever. Even better is that this video helped me figure out the move transition and how to use the blur effect but being forgiving on my pc resources. Thanks again!

Does the audio come through for you? everything works for me but sound, I see the replay and all and No sound is coming out lol I watch the replay in my recordings and there is sound. Or is there just no sound for this replay?

Any idea how to be able these vids at the same time be able to use the instant replay? I mean the save replay button overwrites the old highlight so it is gone. Is there a way that we can save that clip?

You may want to do an update to this for people who want to keep the replay clips for some projects later. I set this up a few years ago but these new plug-ins make it easier. I will say you can look into how Directory Monitor works to use this to copy the file that shows in this location to a different location after renaming the file.
question.....does the replaced in the replay buffer change to actual live footage from the past 30sec when i'm live? Currently it only replays the saved file over and over...guessing this is because i'm not live but i'm not sure.

Hmmm, i have set it up but i dont have sound output in the instant replay scene. replay record itself had sound. How do i bind the streamdeck hotkeys to capture the replay. i have one from OBS Tools BarRaider but that one doenst work. How you make hotkeys in streamdeck F24?
I'm really trying to figure out that OBS_KEY input that you made in the Hotkey for the Instant Replay? I mean, you have your streamdeck buttons to work like a new button aside from your keyboard?
can we do the streaming and recording and when moment comes use the instant replay simultaneously. and if so isn't our normal recording gets effected? or should i use an another instance of portable obs for this???
I have done my own. But im no longer using obs and using now the slobs instead. Can I add that overlay to my stream? Because mine is just a few movement and blur on a single click but no overlay like that of yours, which looks very awesome with timing and stuff like camera overlay. Lol.
Mine is just a big text with "instant replay" and plays the scene from the replay buffer.

I know this video was made for OBS Studio, however would you happen to know anything about it working in streamlabs? 80% of the time when i set up a multi action on my stream deck it wont capture anything? the hoykey action for saving the capture isnt getting pressed unless i physically press the button, and even then 75% of the time it wont save anything with the replay buffer on
I have a question for anyone that can help me. So can you get this format to then work with lioran board so that the chat on twitch can say redeem points for the instant replay. I know you can program it to change scene. But I believe it will only play the last instant replay. Rather than saving it and creating that instant replay. Any info would be great
Thank you for this tutorial!!!! I have one issue only about source mirroring.. Can I try to source mirror my gameplay scene/nested scene? I tried this but when I applied blur may ingame scene also got blur effect :( Can we also try to replace each replay recording? as I tested it now I saw alot of replays on my folder and just wondering if I can keep 1 only just to my recent replay :) and also to avoid disk full.
BTW I used TouchPortal on this instead of Stream Deck since I'm on a budget.
How did you set f24 to your stream deck key? when i try to create the f24 hotkey on my stream deck, it doesnt work when i press it in obs

I can not get the Move transition to recognize the game play source and the mirror as the same source. So, it is zooming them in and out. I already had the Move Trans installed from a while ago... Could that be the reason? Do I need to update it? I have the box checked that says "Match if ... last word removed..."

How do i get my camera to move to the left for "in game[NS] but keep it at my original spot when i go back to "in game" ?

How is it that when I delete the "game capture" source from my "In Game [with replay]" scene, it deletes it from both my "In game" and "replay scene"? So when I try to add a source mirror, there's no gameplay scene for me to select. Can anyone help me out?

While the re-recording feature is working while the normal screen is on, I cannot record with the hot key while the Point Blank game is open in the background. What could be the reason? I also want to instantly translate the animation again I have resided in Turkey for the Turkish language, the instant replay animation for it dispelled adobe Where can I download the file? Anyone know how to set this event actions in touch portal so I can just click one button and it does it all? The only thing not working is the instant replay isn't updating and I know the difference is he is setting up a streamdeck hotkey in OBS for instant replay and configuring that same hotkey in the streamdeck, can the same be done with touch portal?

How do you assign a hotkey to save the instant replay? Do you set a keyboard key in OBS to save the instant replay then move into streamdeck and set the hotkey function to that key?

I managed to get everything working except picking up the latest replay video. It seems to be stuck picking up one from a couple of captures ago. I think I may have my stream deck multi action thingy configured wrong. Any advice would be much appreciated.

HELP: The StreamFX blur plugin is not installing on my PC. EVERY STEP up to that point.
I've installed then into the right directory. Even installed an additional SFX exe titled StreamFX-Master. That didn't give me the BLUR FX either.

Why do you get forced to use a hotkey ? Since Touch Portal has a option to save the file. Does that mean that function is only saving it and the hotkey is replacing it ?
Can we edit the script so it replace while i'm using the save option from touch portal ?
