Just for example, Rein would be a bad pick because he cant swing while shield is up. The reason it'd be impossible is because of the troopers, they shoot so often and can do so from REALLY far away
Definitely Reaper is harder. Since the enforcers can one shot him, and Roadhog has better ranged damage than Reaper. Roadhog also makes assassins and heavies not a problem in the slightest.
but dude when i played solo i was so scared even when i face raged enforcer i damage him far first then get in his face so do you think my way is good or i changed it?
It depends on what you think you are comfortable at doing. If you don't feel safe or you think you cannot effectively run circles around the enforcers, you should keep your distance and take your time.

carrier how are you not scared of jumping into the raged enforcer that can one shot you?
I've done so much running around enforcers that I have full confidence in myself that I can dodge them.
