Here is the sequence that I recommend: Kapalbhati, Bahya pranayama, Surya bhedi, maha bandh standing crouching position, Nadi Sanchalana, Anulom vilom, Nadi Shodan

When you finish the kapalbhati sequence did you full exhale then inhale then apply the locks?
No, I apply the locks after full exhalation - this is called Maha Bandha as after exhalation, we can apply all the three locks.
