Model railroad videos of this caliber, IMO, are the result of good planning, realistic speeds, alluring scenery and trains - and great camera work. Good angles. I enjoyed the Florida East Coast train rolling past the small passenger depot.
Florida East Coast Railway, Kansas City Southern, CSX (Midnight Blue) and Union Pacific have the best paint schemes. BNSF's scheme has no strong, standout color. It's just kinda "blah." And, Norfolk Southern needs some Conrail Blue verticle stripe on the locomotive noses and elsewhere. Maybe add some gold yellow to it.
I used to entertain the idea of owning a large HO scale railway. Unfortunately this stuff is really expensive and I've mostly gotten out of model railroads in recent years. I still have a soft spot for this kind of stuff though.
Liquid natural gas fuel tender. LNG is a fast burner yet FEC is using it to fuel their engines, so whatever is not burnt yet is stored here until use and fed to the locomotive.
3:22 nice!
I love Florida east coast trains 👍🏻👍🏻
Good job

Thank you! This really means a lot to me considering how I produced this video.
not to be a rivet counter or anything but a UP loco and a NS loco lashed up? then pulling BNSF cars?

Don't give up. It's a great pastime.
One of your viewers asked what was between the two Florida Coast Engines. I would also like to know what it is and what it's for.

Where did you get the natural gas tender?
How come I don’t see graphite on the sides of the cars like I do in real life?
I have never seem one of this in person but i love how they even have the engine sound.
