      @@EverydayThings I also use the two tape strips at the ends method (with the sticky side for the fingers with tape too so it doesn't stick to the fingers especially if gloved). I experimented with two US$0.47 sandwiched tempered glass screen protector (there's even a US$0.5 cent one from another store if you buy just one)- I hope it'll be as strong as sapphire screen protectors that cost US$60 to 70.
      When my full protection case arrives (needs an allen wrench to assemble) which has glass as well (not sure if it's Gorilla Glass), it'll be 3 layers of glass screen protection :-) I hope it passes the Phone Diagnostics still.

      @EverydayThings  23 дня назад +1

      If the credit card method isn't working for you, try using a soft cloth to smooth out the bubbles. Start from the center and gently push towards the edges. This can help remove any air trapped under the screen protector.

      I understand that you're expressing frustration because the lack of struggles shown in the video can make it seem unrealistic or misleading. It's important to remember that everyone's experience may vary when it comes to installing a screen protector without bubbles.
      The video aims to provide helpful guidance and tips for a smooth installation process. However, it's not uncommon to encounter challenges or difficulties along the way. If you're facing issues with bubbles during the installation, there are several techniques you can try to improve the outcome:
      Ensure that the screen is clean and free from dust, fingerprints, or debris before applying the screen protector.
      Take your time during the installation process, ensuring that the screen protector is aligned correctly and applying it gradually to minimize the chances of trapping air bubbles.
      Use a soft cloth or a card to gently push out any trapped bubbles by starting from the center and moving towards the edges.
      If needed, you can lift the screen protector and reapply it, making sure to remove any trapped air bubbles as you go.
      Remember, practice makes perfect, and it might take a few attempts to achieve the desired result.
      If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask, and I'll be happy to help.

      Yes, you can use a debit card to install the screen protector on your smartphone without bubbles. Simply follow the steps demonstrated in the video, and use the edge of the debit card to smooth out any bubbles during the installation process. PS: When there's money on the debit card, it's even better! 😄

      Unfortunately, if you try these steps with a tempered glass screen protector, it will likely result in the protector breaking. Tempered glass protectors are not as flexible as the film ones used in the video, so attempting to apply them using the same method will almost certainly lead to breakage.

    I... F*cked up, meh this is fine I guess. I don't see the bubbles when using my phone so I guess it's fine. There's just several tiny air bubbles with a little dot at the center, and I can't get rid of it. I scratched it but it didn't work. It probably is a dust. Argh, I cleaned it tho.

    • @EverydayThings

      Sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with your screen protector installation. It's important to make sure that your screen is completely clean and free of any dust or debris before installing the screen protector to prevent bubbles from forming.
      If you still have bubbles, try using a credit card or a similar object to push the bubbles towards the edge of the screen. It might also help to apply some pressure on the screen protector for a few minutes to help it adhere properly. I hope this helps!

      Glad to hear that my previous suggestions were helpful in getting rid of some of the bubbles. If there are still some remaining, you may want to try applying a bit more pressure to the screen protector or using a credit card to push the bubbles towards the edge. However, if you're fine with the remaining bubbles, then there's no need to worry about it. Thank you for reaching out and I'm glad I could help!
