Lol!! I have a plastic screen protector. It's actually quite thick and seems to protect my phone well. And I also had no problems applying it, not a single bubble. Plus they usually provide wipes and dust absorbers for the screen. (However, the screen protector that came with my phone was very thin plastic and lower quality, although it was applied perfectly so I kept it for a while). I love watching these installation videos. They always make it look simple, but like you say, it's anything but. I've rarely, probably less than a handful in many attempts, *ever* managed a clean installation, which is why I normally never bother now, but take the phone (if I can find one) to a place where they'll fit one for you. I used to go to The Carphone Warehouse, but they've gone to the wall. The nearest place to me is now about an hour's drive away and even they don't always get it right. Plus, they charge a tenner for the privilege of getting it wrong to boot! The one I had done the other day has a small bubble in the top right hand corner. And, I'll bet a pound to a penny that that isn't going to "disappear." I'm tempted to buy one of these protectors that has a Guide Frame and see if they're any use.
MOSES FILMT World's first vertical tech video: ruclips.net/video/68ptolHFkgM/видео.html Pro tip: hold ur phone in potrait mode and then press full screen button.
A very effective way of applying one is to align the screen protector edge with the edge of your screen, then use a piece of tape as a henge to keep it in place. After you remove the protective film you should be able to let go and the hinge will make sure it aligns itself perfectly. I made a video on it but it works surprisingly well. Great video btw mrwhosetheboss!
+Jimi Viita-aho I'd have to disagree with it being the 'best' only because a lot of more recent screen protectors include an installation tray that sits on top of your phone and fills in the space that the protector isn't supposed to cover, and that's obviously damn near foolproof. The tape method is definitely what has been saving me for years though.
you can remove the sticker completely, align top corners with your right hand index finger and thumb, and slowly drop the bottom edge while looking at it and aligning it from the top
a lot of tempered glass cases come with stickers like that so you can align it beforehand and apply tape like you said, i applied my screen protector yesterday like that
I've been using the shower step for years. I lay everything out before I shower. No sense wasting water. Then I apply the screen protector after showering, while the room is still humid. Excellent tip.

Hey man, thanks so much for the tips! Last time I applied in screen protector in the living room there was a a lot of dust and it made a couple of air bubbles but this time I got my tempered glass screen protector and applied it in the bathroom and there was no air bubbles at all! Thanks so much you made my day!
Awesome video as usual. A few more tips from someone who worked in the industry for a few years (though I'm sure most of these have posted in the comments already). First when you peel off the protective film make sure that side (the adhesive side) is facing down, so if there is anymore dust around it won't fall on it. Also some screen protectors come with alignment stickers to keep your fingers off the adhesive, but if it doesn't you can use pieces of tape (almost any will do), put them on the top (non-adhesive) side of the screen protector on the corners, and slowly put the screen protector down as you continue to align it. Just remove the tape slowly while holding the screen protector down when you're done so it doesn't pop back up. And if there are is any dust under the screen when you're done slowly peel the screen protector up you can usually get a piece of rolled up tape to pick up the dust. Lastly if you want to go all out, latex gloves sometimes help keep the oil from your fingerprints off the screen protector's adhesive side. Best of luck to everyone!
If you are re-using a screen protector (I was, so it was dirty 😭)- there were a lot of air bubbles present after I tried reapplying it. What I did to eliminate that was to use tape on the adhesive side of the screen protector, to get rid of any dust, particles, or debris. Any sort of tape will do, since I used a weaker/less sticky tape yet it still worked wonders. After I used a soft cloth and the tiniest bit of water to clean the surface of my phone screen; I proceeded to apply the screen protector and it applied perfectly with no air bubbles! The strength of the adhesive remained the same as well. I hope this works for anyone freaking out ;)
This video is so very helpful. Maybe an unconventional approach but definitely effective. To be honest I tried putting the tempered glass in the bathroom after following the prep as mentioned, and the fit went on very smoothly without bubbles. Kudos to the approach. Look forward to many more tips and tricks. Stay blessed mate.
Doesnt make sense aplying the screen protector with fingerprints.... i dont believe anyone will be soo stupid to not clean first the fingerprints.... anyway that wc soluction is very smart. Thanks
Though I'm not a phone expert but I'm glad I know how to apply screen protector perfectly. My family members and friends don't need to go to shops just to install screen protector.
Excellent guide, well worth the effort. Some phones come with pre-fitted protectors (such as the Mate 10 Pro) and they're obviously superior but if you do scratch it and have to replace it, which is likely, getting that same level of finish is really difficult.
Just did this last night. I planned to do it after taking a shower. This made sure any dust or particles that could be on my body wouldn't be falling on to the phone while I applied the protector. I also wiped the area down before starting the shower. I let the mirrors fog so the water vapor droplets would collect the dust and let it fall to the ground. after the shower I turned off any fans, ac, and closed the vent for the hvac. wiped everything down again, then applied the screen protector. I used an IQ Shield TPU protector, and they have great instructions on how to apply each specific protector. I also found that tempered glass protectors for curved displays don't have adhesive across the whole screen, this causes issues with touch responsiveness, moisture and dust getting under the protector, that's why I went with the TPU. Hopefully there will be some good flat screen phones when I'm ready to upgrade. At any rate, the reason I'm posting this is to say how important it is and how much a difference it makes to do this in the bathroom after steaming the room up.
Thank you so much for this tutorial - the shower heat was an especially nice trick! My previous screen protector has been horrifically broken for a few months, but I never really felt like going to a store to get it replaced. I was finally able to do it myself today, and it came out perfectly :) I’m very proud of myself and grateful for your due diligence, thanks again for such a thorough video!
Great advice, no matter what I do I always end up with particles between the protector and the screen. The only thing that I haven't tried is the compress air I'll try it next time.
If you like his voice, find the youtube channel of jerryrigeverything. That guys is amazing! Also, you get to watch him REALLY tear up devices while testing their advertising claims. Fun stuff. :)
Haha first few seconds when I seen the shower head I was like “wth does that have to do with this topic” I’ve been using tempered glass for the last few years and I’ve never had any issues apply it or had to take all those extra steps. I just wipe the screen down to get rid of dust and fingerprints, line up the screen protector, hold on it place with stickers the screen protector comes with, remove the back of the screen protector, lay it onto the screen and let gravity do the rest. Almost never any air bubbles or anything. Occasionally I have to retry if something goes wrong. However keeping it for 2 years would be a major achievement for me, I’m clumsy so I break them every few months and replace hahaha What led me to this video is I’m looking to purchase on of the thin film protector for the back of my phone because my case exposes the Apple logo. I want to make sure I know the correct name of it so I buy the correct one Anyways, very top quality video, cheers mate!! :)
i tried glass protectors and film protectors. film protectors with water based adhesives are 1000 times easier to apply and remove bubbles and have it firmly sticked than glass.
I’ve actually been using tempered glass and plastfilm together for some years now. The disadvantages are: the layer of thickness you add to your phone and the filter-like color you add to your screen. But you’ll get used to these thing, and it won’t bother you more. The reason I do this is because once you drop your phone with tempered glass and the glass breaks inside, it won’t save your screen next time you drop it. But with the film, it holds the glass together. I didn’t change my screenprotectors until I had several irritating cracks on the tempered glass
Thank you so much for this! I’m certain the bathroom tip was the game changer for me. I just successfully applied a screen protector with absolute no air bubbles for the first time in my life 🥹 I used a alcohol swab prior to the micro fibre cloth and no air duster, good luck everyone 🫡
If you don’t have confidence in yourself and want it to professionally done, don’t go to those phone case shops in the mall. The other day i saw a lady asking for a refund because there were loads of air bubbles. Instead, go to the apple store. They give you a glass screen protector AND apply it with a sort of machine. It lasts you about 2 years and it’s around $25. Otherwise, go for this technique. It’s cheaper and can also keep your phone in pristine condition for about 2 years. You may find minor scratches time to time; the same thing happens with apple’s way of doing it. but as long as it’s not broken, your good to go :)
Also important : order a screen protector before you order a phone. Even doing this, applying a protector to an older phone is much harder, as the glass may be more unequal and the frame may be slightly bend.
My dad applied a screen protector in the kitchen table, somewhat dusty and he didn't wash his hands, he just wiped the phone with a dry towel and applied it It was perfect
Thank you for a TERRIFIC tutorial! The bathroom steam made sure no particles and the peel-back-as-you-go method for applying the screen resulted in a PERFECT installation FIRST TIME! Thank you!
If you want to get rid of any particles under the screen protector you get in most boxes adhesive stickers. You use one to lift the screen protector and another one to pick-up the particles
After preparing screen: 1. Before removing any cover from screen protector, place it over cleaned screen and align it. 2. Take two pieces of tape and attach them to the long side of screen protector cover and phone once aligned. 3. Touching as little as possible, lift other side of screen that's untaped and remove bottom from screen protector 4. Lower slowly from taped side to untaped side and then remove air bubbles.

So true. I have phone with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5 and I was amazed how easily was scratched in 1st few days, compared to old phones with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 after 4 years of use. Even Corning® Gorilla® Glass 2 phone seems more tough to scratches after 8 years of use. So they might get more flexible and scatter proof, but less hard and scratch resistant.
Very fair comparising between plastic and glass. Make glass ultra clean, and plastic all greasy and bent plastic. Very realistic... 10/10 would downvote again.
How to perfectly install your screen protector there are tips and tricks to perfectly install your glass screen protector that they don’t tell you about in the manual. Step one: don’t turn off your phone, leave it on. you’ll need this later. Step two: you do not need to use the guide or tray to put your phone in for alignment, in my experience using that increases your chance of dust getting under the screen protector Step three: wipe your phone thoroughly so there are no smudges, use the cleaning rag to dry it off, from now on do not touch your screen with your fingers at any point. Step four: The dust sticker, start using it to remove dust and give it a good once over Now here is the point that they don’t teach you: Use your primary hand to hold the dust sticker and your secondary hand to hold the screen protector. Take off the film from the screen protector while you’re still holding the dust sticker. Keep the screen protector low and very close to the phone, do not turn it upside down. Make sure The sticky part is facing down so there’s no chance of dust getting on it. Now use the dust sticker again on the phone (while the screen is black) so you can see if there’s any dust. This is the most important part: you have a split second right after you use the dust sticker to see if there’s any dust left on the phone, And IMMEDIATELY tap the power button so you can see the screen and put the screen protector millimeters above the phone, hovering above where you want it, not on the phone yet just barely above it but not touching so you can line up the screen protector perfectly so it’s not uneven on any of the sides. This will make it so no dust can get in while you line it up. Place the camera side of the screen protector on the phone first so it lines up with the bottom of it, and put it on. You will see it’s starting to form to the phone. Take your finger and slide from the top to bottom across the screen protector in the middle and it will form, if there’s any bubbles just lift up the corner closest to the bubble so it disappears and then let it go. If there is any dust under the screen, don’t panic, It can be removed by scotch tape. First decide which corner of the screen protector is closest to the dust then tap on where the dust is so it will stick to the screen protector when you pull it up. Take off a few strips of tape and discard them so the next strip you pull is fresh off the roll, kinda like washing your hands for surgery. No dust or anything, a clean strip of tape. Put it on your thumb so the sticky side of the tape is facing up, then use your fingernail to lift up the corner of the screen protector. Do it gently and The screen protector will come off of the phone, pull it up just enough so that the dust is off of the phone stuck to the screen protector, slide the tape in and put the screen protector back down so you can tap on the part where the dust is. The tape is stickier than the screen protector. Pull the protector back up, remove the tape. And the dust should be gone.

I agree. I wish I could have glass screen protector . But most flagships are at least a little bit curved so the wet application is the next best thing. Although they don't last as long
Mickle or any "2.5D screen". Since there were air bubbles on the edge, i had no choice but to put a plastic screen protectors. It's because plastic can follow the curve
kenny ricardo You don't have to get a plastic one, they do have curved glass ones that are really good. I use the Zagg 3D curved glass screen protector and it is a curved tempered glass screen protector. I been using curved glass screen protectors since the Note 7 and s7 edge days and they haven't given me any problems.
If youre talking about one like this www.theverge.com/circuitbreaker/2017/4/21/15388476/samsung-galaxy-s8-invisibleshield-glass-screen-protector I would strongly recommend anyone not to buy a glass one as well, they only have adhesive around the outside edge, making this useless in a drop. Tried one on my S8 plus.
Most people are joking around but this “military procedure” actually works and I did it on my brothers phone and there was like no dust at all, not even air bubbles 😂😂😂
You can get rid of it by using tape... take it off, tape the sticky side, cover it 100% and then it acts like the first film, just peel it off and its perfect... now creases, yeah that sucks... also i alwYs use a screen protector, since i had the 4s, also screen protectors can go for as little as 3 for $2 on ebay (and decent quality) ive never done that... shower etc, if i do it i do it in my kitchen and i use an alcahol wipe and a microfiber cloth then quickly try to do it, given on the iphone X it was harder, i had to have the screen on so i could get a precise fit
I needed this when I got my Razer phone. Now there's dust underneath and my screen protector had a mild crack in it. Do you have any advice for reapplying a screen protector and removing dust stuck to the adhesive?
The best way to remove a dust particle from under a screen protector is to gently peel back the screen protector then use a piece of sticky tape to pick up the dust particle from either the screen or the sticky surface of the screen protector and gently replace the screen protector back in place.
You could but if you don't unsettle the air and dust on nearby surfaces then you are less likely to get dust particles flying around and landing in between the phone and screen protector while you are applying it. All that stuff about the basic microfiber cloth not being reusable is BS.. so too is the spray.. you could use any kind of window cleaning spray or a little rubbing alcohol to clean the surface before applying and will get the same results.
Good method this one that our so successful, sympathetic AND intelligent host Arun explains here! Again we are (or were) not let down, what he brings here involves such an intelligent approach! Now I HAVE (had) used precisely this approach for quite a while myself. I have been doing this for years after once upon a time it dawned on me that the steam that your hot shower, when running for a little while, will produce (although to what extent this effect will occur DOES depend on the temperature in your shower room, region and likely country as well), will force ("wash") all dust particles out of the air by binding onto them to consequently condensate (form small droplets of water, water particles like to stick to each other as well as attract other particles), to consequently be pulled down towards the ground by gravity. It is precisely the way droplets will form high up in the sky, form clouds, and after a while will come down to earth as rain (or sometimes snow, tho not in warm areas), after which the air always is so remarkably clean and fresh! Even applying water directly onto the screen and applying the screen protector whilst that water is still in place is a method that many people follow as it allows you to slide the thing until it is in the right place, after which you can gradually force the water out from under(neath). Of course your phone must be waterproof (at least to some extent, otherwise one should be very careful) for this method to safely be carried out. Laying down a not too large, clean and dry towel perfectly flat as a work surface could help by allowing food excess water (droplets) to quickly be wiped from the phone's sides and keeping its other side dry. Of course act other clean piece of cloth could also be used, or even both. However, don't move around any textiles, clothing or cloth if you can help it until you're done, cause any dry woven materials, textiles etc always will contain a lot of dust that asily can get released! So don't cause any those dust parts from such materials to get airborne (either) by moving any type of cloth before you are ready!
After watching the video, I bought Glass Screen Protector Dustproof CORTUTOL, which is easy to install and remove. The quality is very good and worthy of recommendation, perfect!
Well I fucked up... ... ... There were 2 small particles on the behind of the screen protector were the adhesive is so... I wanted to clean it so I used the fiber cloth on the adhesive and you know the rest...
1:19 Pro tip: If you have a fan that has an ionizer you can turn that on for several hours before, to drastically reduce the dust floating in the air. (ionizers release negatively charged electrons that cling to dust particles that make them clump together making them heavier and fall to the ground)
Really appreciate the fitment tricks, and while your argument for glass over plastic is valid, some people have a preference for the plastic protector, I've found the capacitive touch of some phones react poorly when fitted with glass protectors. I removed the glass protector off my former galaxy s7 as it made the keyboard irritating, requiring longer, sometimes firmer presses just to get response, and replaced it with a plastic one and had no issues.
Good Information. I struggled to find a tempered glass to fit Galaxy S7 Edge, within a case. It generally will snag on the case rubber edge & lift up. Have found best solution to be the Screen Knight film coating. I did get just one small spec of dust trapped when fitting, but can live with it. Next time will follow your advice. Fit it in the bathroom, & use a can of air duster, rather than the cloth supplied.

The tape method is definitely what has been saving me for years though.

That was brilliant, using the steam in the bathroom to settle the dust. Screen protector went on perfectly as shown. Thank you.
Simple but neat tricks! Awesome tutorial
I hope this works for anyone freaking out ;)
"you only install one of these every 2 years"
Me with my cracked screen protector: i uh- what
...He meant every 2 months for me
it should be every 6 months, but honestly id rather never get a screen protector and get a screen replacement when i need to.

I came for screen protector tips, I'm staying for the witty comments!
after years, I'm still trying to figure out why he didn't even bother trying to install the plastic one as carefully as the glass one.

Yeah,I just did, only small bubble at the corner lol
Well than congratulations you messed up

The video and content
As great as usual

Thank you so much for this tutorial - the shower heat was an especially nice trick! My previous screen protector has been horrifically broken for a few months, but I never really felt like going to a store to get it replaced. I was finally able to do it myself today, and it came out perfectly :) I’m very proud of myself and grateful for your due diligence, thanks again for such a thorough video!
Worked a treat and none of those horrible air bubbles!
I just kinda slapped my glass protector on and it came out perfect lol
Lol
All I can say is I wish I had your luck. I went through 6 screen protectors trying to get the freaking dust bubbles out haha
The shower method works. I just finished putting on a screen protector in the bathroom and its perfect. Thank you
Step 1: Breathe onto your phone screen.
Step 2: Rub your phone screen on your shirt.
Step 3: Read only steps one and two.
Or on your fat bum and piss

Thank god I found this video. Went through 3 bad installations then did the 4th one in the bathroom. Thank you so much for the straightforward info.
Great advice, no matter what I do I always end up with particles between the protector and the screen. The only thing that I haven't tried is the compress air I'll try it next time.
What’s more expensive the water bill or the screen protector, I thought so

Mysterus Blac that's seven,
Haha first few seconds when I seen the shower head I was like “wth does that have to do with this topic”
I’ve been using tempered glass for the last few years and I’ve never had any issues apply it or had to take all those extra steps. However keeping it for 2 years would be a major achievement for me, I’m clumsy so I break them every few months and replace hahaha
What led me to this video is I’m looking to purchase on of the thin film protector for the back of my phone because my case exposes the Apple logo. I want to make sure I know the correct name of it so I buy the correct one
Anyways, very top quality video, cheers mate!! :)
i tried glass protectors and film protectors.
film protectors with water based adhesives are 1000 times easier to apply and remove bubbles and have it firmly sticked than glass.
and in the vid how he compares the two is with giving all care to the glass and giving p00p to the film and see, the glass is better!! what non-sense

I just successfully applied a screen protector with absolute no air bubbles for the first time in my life 🥹
I used a alcohol swab prior to the micro fibre cloth and no air duster, good luck everyone 🫡

I focused on the essential advices "Avoid dust at all costs, clean the screen well, align well" It worked wonders! Thanks!!
Also important : order a screen protector before you order a phone. Even doing this, applying a protector to an older phone is much harder, as the glass may be more unequal and the frame may be slightly bend.
My dad applied a screen protector in the kitchen table, somewhat dusty and he didn't wash his hands, he just wiped the phone with a dry towel and applied it
It was perfect
Thank you for a TERRIFIC tutorial! The bathroom steam made sure no particles and the peel-back-as-you-go method for applying the screen resulted in a PERFECT installation FIRST TIME! Thank you!
If you want to get rid of any particles under the screen protector you get in most boxes adhesive stickers. You use one to lift the screen protector and another one to pick-up the particles
i did the replacement in the middle of the desert without any dust and particles inside.

Ah yes it's Big brain time
I fear no man, but this man, scares me.
After preparing screen:
1. Before removing any cover from screen protector, place it over cleaned screen and align it.
2. Take two pieces of tape and attach them to the long side of screen protector cover and phone once aligned.
3. Touching as little as possible, lift other side of screen that's untaped and remove bottom from screen protector
4. Lower slowly from taped side to untaped side and then remove air bubbles.
Tempered glasses are terrible on curved displays. It cracks easily
The answer is get a whitestone dome. That conforms very well.
Wow guys he found out glass doesn't bend; let's give em a nobel prize
I have an iPhone XR and I’ve had 2 screen protectors on it (tempered glass) and I’ve had to take them both off because of stuff underneath it so I’m using my third one
I work for a phone company and have got the perfect system for applying them. The key is to make sure the surface is perfectly smooth and clean.
Thanks, good to have a recent video for applying screen protectors
Seeing this in 2023 and hearing "included with your phone" is just funny
Cheaper phones still do come with protectors. Sometimes even pre installed

Great video. Which screen protectors can you recommend for the Samsung galaxy s8?
Joel Forthun I bought the CURVED TEMPERED GLASS WITH SELF ALIGNING TRAY - HIGH DEFINITION from Pure Gear, and it looks pretty nice. And it’s pretty easy to apply with the aligning tray.
Juana Laloca thanks, was that off Amazon?
No i bought it at a retail store. But you could buy it online www.pure-gear.com/shop-by-device/samsung/curved-tempered-glass-with-alignment-tray-high-definition.html :)
You've probably already got a screen protector but I'd recommend a wet application screen protector. I personally use this for my s8+. smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071RFGSBF/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Ben Rajan I actually still haven't. will check it out thanks
me after seeing this video: yeah, i'm ok with a little bit of dust under the screen protector
Frankly, the free ones that (sometimes) come with your phone is "better than nothing" until you get a proper one.
Very fair comparising between plastic and glass.
Make glass ultra clean, and plastic all greasy and bent plastic.
Very realistic... 10/10 would downvote again.
Lol right? Is he ordering his stuff from a police aution?🤣🤣🤣

How to perfectly install your screen protector
there are tips and tricks to perfectly install your glass screen protector that they don’t tell you about in the manual.
Step one: don’t turn off your phone, leave it on. you’ll need this later.
Step two: you do not need to use the guide or tray to put your phone in for alignment, in my experience using that increases your chance of dust getting under the screen protector
Step three: wipe your phone thoroughly so there are no smudges, use the cleaning rag to dry it off, from now on do not touch your screen with your fingers at any point.
Step four: The dust sticker, start using it to remove dust and give it a good once over
Now here is the point that they don’t teach you:
Use your primary hand to hold the dust sticker and your secondary hand to hold the screen protector.

There's also the best option, wet application screen protectors.
David hunsinger also the most foolproof option

it might not offer protection from cracks or falls like the tempered glass does but it is the perfect option for curved phones imo

I've used them exclusively since having my S4 and now have one on my S8+ and every model in between.
They protect against scratches, minor falls and are self healing when it comes to minor damage.
They also have lifetime warrantee, what more can you ask for ?
I agree. I wish I could have glass screen protector . But most flagships are at least a little bit curved so the wet application is the next best thing. Although they don't last as long
I didn't know about the condensation trick to get rid of dust in the air, that's really helpful!
No wonder why I always had those bubbles under all my screen protectors all my life, this is a science itself. XD
Can you do a video for curved displays. Especially the Samsung Galaxy S8, screen protectors are a pain
Mickle or any "2.5D screen". Since there were air bubbles on the edge, i had no choice but to put a plastic screen protectors. It's because plastic can follow the curve
They really aren't much different. I just installed one for my Note 8 a few months ago.
kenny ricardo You don't have to get a plastic one, they do have curved glass ones that are really good. I use the Zagg 3D curved glass screen protector and it is a curved tempered glass screen protector. I been using curved glass screen protectors since the Note 7 and s7 edge days and they haven't given me any problems.
If youre talking about one like this www.theverge.com/circuitbreaker/2017/4/21/15388476/samsung-galaxy-s8-invisibleshield-glass-screen-protector
I would strongly recommend anyone not to buy a glass one as well, they only have adhesive around the outside edge, making this useless in a drop. Tried one on my S8 plus.
i have s8 and i dont use screen protector because maybe in 2 years i would replace the screen due to burn in issue haha so just put a good case on it
Actually, I just noticed how perfectly my screen protector is applied
3 years later, when I have my first phone, I'm watching this xD
Amazing tips.👍😋👍👍
Do you have any advice for reapplying a screen protector and removing dust stuck to the adhesive?
happylegoleon Another protector, you mean?
The best way to remove a dust particle from under a screen protector is to gently peel back the screen protector then use a piece of sticky tape to pick up the dust particle from either the screen or the sticky surface of the screen protector and gently replace the screen protector back in place.
amir ahmed i never thought about that thats smart. Really cant u also just use tape before u apply the protector then put the protector down
You could but if you don't unsettle the air and dust on nearby surfaces then you are less likely to get dust particles flying around and landing in between the phone and screen protector while you are applying it. All that stuff about the basic microfiber cloth not being reusable is BS.. so too is the spray.. you could use any kind of window cleaning spray or a little rubbing alcohol to clean the surface before applying and will get the same results.
Just buy yourself a rhinoshield, honnestly will not regret it, dont get why people still buy glass ones, no impact absorption

My problem is every time: the screen protector is crooked.
