Been going there for over 10 years. Never any trouble getting back. Have done all dental work and glasses. Plus all my meds. Come 2 times a year. Meds last 6 months at a time.
You are really fun people!Been Into Mexico a few times myself usually Nuevo progreso ,Tamaulipas as tourists are well protected there as well. Just went there on a dental adventure myself. I love playing with the street vendors and once actually sold a pair of sunglasses to one of them. Should have seen the shocked look on her face when she realized what just happened! The barbers are always after my beard. Think they keep them in a trophy room in back.
I appreciate this video and your postings of Jeff's progress with his dental work. I am in need of dental work myself. I also recently found out some friends of ours have been there to and also highly recommend it. Thanks
So cool that you made a captivating report of us, Molar City! Los Algodones is also known as Molar City, the Dental Capital of the World. We have been guiding, for free, patients from the US and Canada for over 13 years. We provide with free scheduling on the top dental clinics, lodging assistance and transportation too! Feel free to contact us to collaborate! 😎🥳
Have waited in line for close to 3 hours 1 time. The vendors will bring you Margaritas also if you ask! Most of the time its not that long to get out. Usually an hour or so. Have never been worried for our safety there. completely safe
4 trips...final "selection," sprang $7,000 on me for prosthesis only out. My Rx, frames...had lenses made,..fell out waiting for bus to Mexicali. Mailed to conflicting address...FedEx lost or stole, hung up in customs,...$210+$15 postage...all gone. Researched 2 implant Santiago, Chile, Cancun, Mexico City, Guatemala City, Guatemala...opted the later, Guatemala Dental Group, Oscar and Robert GUERRA, paralyzed, permanently damaged my Inferior Alveolar, Mental, Lingual Nerves and associated dysfunctions, seven weeks ago ($2,979)...3 weeks ago all removed in Cancun, $1450. I'm a dentist with a 5-page CV. Bottom line: after 7 weeks the pain is ALMOST tolerable, buyer beware.
Wow! Sorry you had such a bad experience! We have had nothing but good experience . Still wearing my RX glasses right now after a year and Jeff has had no pain since a week after he had all that work done at Rumo dental.
Thoroughly enjoy your channel and this was a light hearted video. I respectfully disagree with going to Mexico for medical and/or dental or eye glasses. Nothing wrong with those who choose to do so, it is just not for me. I am a full time RVer who winters in Yuma and I can get all me dental and eye glass needs right here locally and keep my funds in the good ol USA! I do not have dental or eye glass insurance but my dentist here in Yuma is VERY reasonably priced and I can get my bifocal glasses at Walmart for under $120. I put a price on my time and it is not worth my time to wait in line to cross back into USA and I would rather support businesses here including dining out. Enjoy your time at home look forward to catching up when you are back on the road! We begin our travels early April spending the summer in Utah!
Thank you so much for watching! We could not afford the 70 to $90,000 for Jeff's dental.. so, this is why we came here. It's a shame, because we would rather do business in the USA too. But, we can't mortgage our house, and Jeff needed all his teeth done or it would've been bad news. Thank you for commenting and watching our videos!
We are back down here now, love, love love the dentist. Check out our posts on Facebook. "Cheryll Arnold" or "Jeff Arnold" . We are super impressed with the Dentist, the level of professionalism, the over the top quality of the crowns and state of the art technology they are using! They even provided us with an apartment for free while we are here! It's been incredible! The level of meticulous attention and care from the dentist is Rediculous!!!! We have never gotten the care and interaction with any doctor Luke we have right now! Stay tuned, we'll be posting a video in a week or so of everything!
It looks as though the USA dosent want you to spend money in Mexico. You walk across boarder to Mexico, but a hell of lot trouble getting back. The US is Playing Monopoly with its people, and look computer chip thing with China. And yet inflation eats up out savings. Gas was $..36 gallon , now its $5.00 a gallon. But I loveexico..
We are just getting some appointments out of the way, but, we will be back to hauling soon. We are still doing OK running to Canada with a motorhome and a travel trailer. Yeah, those rates are stupid. We are discouraged to go anywhere else.
Thanks, we plan to visit tomorrow 😊
@@TrekkingwithDebandMike have a great time!

We love Los Algodones! And all of the places we've ever been to in Mexico! It's a beautiful country! Thanks for watching!
The restaurant looked like a fun place to eat.I think you guys should of gotten more dental evaluations.
Take a look a our Video "Jeff gets new Mexican Teeth!" and, you'll see that we found the perfect place!
Can you recommend when would be a good time to go for the evaluation
@carolmaplesden916 right now they are very busy with snowbirds and Canadians.. but, after April, it starts to slow down, that is a better time to go.
@@TransportBandits very good 👍 thank you
@@TransportBandits maybe April I get to have good teeth looking forward to it

It's such a great place to get stuff done!!! Can't wait to go back! Thank you for watching!!
We need to go there, what was the cost for Mr. Dimples full mouth restoration.?
Had it done 1 year ago.. ( prices may have changed) but, it was $12,000. It would've cost 65,000 to 75,000 in our home state and took over 6 months

Lol!!! We love you and miss you, so grateful for all you do for us!
Good purses very lasting leather
Wish we had more moolah to spend on stuff instead of saving for new teeth for Jeff!
Nice glasses. Weather was probably nice.
It was very nice.. and thank you!
Please do a follow up video of Mr. Dimples dental visit in April - he’s not the only one in need of major major work. Thanks. Great video!
Yes, we are. I have gotten behind in 2 videos... then in about 2 weeks, I hope to have the dental video up!
Any dental recommendations? How about dermatologist
Love this! Such great information and makes me feel safer about going there now
Thanks, my friend, for watching! it is a very safe place here.
What was the total cost for your teeth, Sir
@XxArielxX986 hey, I had it done a year and half ago, at that time, my whole mouth reconstruction process was $12,000

Yes! It was fun actually just waiting in line!
Awesome video and great info! I think the vendors would stress me out but only because it’s hard to say no lol.
Yep, I also had to just be perky and no, grazias, but, very beautiful merchandise!
Should have bought that shirt 😊
It was a great shirt..but..not sure if it would fly on the "other" side of the wall! Lol!
I was born here in united states but raised in mex. But it wasnt in algodones but at dieguinos
