Felipe Miranda She is so overpowered, gets chased by wights and almost killed but somehow slips past all the white walker generals and the Night King himself?

Skunkwurx Ok just bear with me on this. They should have made Arya die while killing the NK, because now the show has a glaring plot hole. So if Arya can sneak past hordes of undead, the White walker generals and the Night King himself, do they really expect us to think Cersei is a threat after an eight season build up? 🤣 they only have to send one person to King’s landing, because Arya can literally just face swap into a Lannister General and stab Cersei in the back, or faceswap with a handmaiden and get close to Cersei to poison her. And then, she could steal Cersei’s face and just disengage the Lannister army, or force the Lannister’s to march into the open to be killed by Danny’s dragons. Do you see where I’m going with this? I have defended GOT diehard from s1-7 and have watched since it came out, but this episode was soooo disappointing I cannot even put it into words. This is the first time I have ever criticised GOT, keep that in mind. All the hours and hours and years of theorising about the NK, Azor, etc. and it came down to this... Arya is incredibly overpowered and has ruined the story. I actually didn’t expect her to be the one to kill the NK, which was a welcome shock, but the way she did it was so ridiculous. Can someone please tell me - WHERE THE HELL DID SHE COME FROM? Bran was surrounded. What fucking threat does Cersei pose compared to the literal embodiment of death and winter if Arya can kill him? Arya feels like a character ripped out of a DC movie; she’s morphed into this relentless, psychopathic, one-dimensional killing machine that can fucking appear out of thin air and can’t be stopped. This is not Game of Thrones. I get that she is mean to be an emotionless killing machine assassin that is super sneaky and trained by a death cult blah blah blah, but to kill the FUCKING NK like that? Seriously? I used to love Arya because she had teenage vulnerabilities but now her character has actually regressed! Compare her to Sansa, who has had one of the best emotional character progressions in the history of television, and who we all used to hate. Fuck off Arya, I hope Cersei kills her.
When Arya says “Tell them the North remembers”, it STILL gives me chills. For me, it was one of the most, if not THEE most, satisfying moments in GoT history. Along with defeating Ramsay Bolton and feeding him to the hounds. Vengeance done perfectly.
Yeah I had a hard time watching that scene because it was just BRUTAL but I loved it at the same time because the karma of Ramsey being torn apart by his own dogs after being so sadistic using them to kill others was so well deserved and fitting for him.. a slow painful death.
Lol, you can't compare killing 2 or 3 dozen Freys with poison at a feast to a battle. Though I agree, she's a proper badass. I need that reunion with her and Jon asap.
How far the Stark children have come. One is a Faceless Man, One is the Three Eyed Raven, one is The King In The North, and the other may end up Queen of the Seven Kingdoms
Ergontheshadeslayer Jon is still a bastard because Rhaegar and Lyanna weren't married. However, he has both Stark and Targaryen blood instead of having only Stark blood.
"When people ask you what happened here tell them the North remembers. Tell them winter came for house Frey" These words will go down in cinematic history as some of the most savage lines ever delivered on screen.
Remarkably, the only call back to it for the rest of the series is Jamie speaking to Cersei about allies and enemies of the Crown at the moment...something like 'whatever happened at the Twins, they certainly aren't friends of the Crown' or something along those lines. It's hard to believe that "The North remembers" or "Winter came for House Frey" would not have made it to Jamie's ears...
What I really love about these reaction videos...people are people...no matter what color, what country, gay, straight, right or left, we all cheer, we all groan, at the same time, for the same reasons.
@@rebeccahopkins9522 I'd say she has gone well past the point of being a sociopath, albeit a restrained one with standards. All I can say is this is truly one greatest scenes in television history. It gives me chills down my spine every time I see and watched it many, many times.
Al Prince II I feel like we were supposed to know. The scene works better if you know and understand whats happening. It's glorious irony, backed up by two of the best lines in the history of the show. The wolf/sheep line and the 'winter came for house frey' line. Good stuff.
The thing I like about (some) GoT reaction videos is that it's almost like watching those scenes for the first time, again. You get to live vicariously through other people's surprise and cheering for triumphant moments. GoT is just this unique epic, on TV. There's nothing else like it. It's a cultural phenomenon.
Arya won the season premiere. Like literally from the get go. No time to wait for the intro LOL that opening scene tho.. #theNORTHremembers #WINTERisHERE
I love seeing these reactions. And, it also makes me realize just how strong House Stark has become, despite all of its losses. When you hear the Rains of Castamere, you're supposed to be reminded of the destructrion of House Reyne by the hands of the Lannisters. That is to say: Tywin and the armies of House Lannister. Now, consider that display of power compared to this one. Arya, a single WOMAN, just slaughtered the entirety of what House Frey would consider their "nobles." Granted, Frey and Reyne weren't similar in much sense, but it's still an amazingly strong show of how dangerous a single wolf of House Stark can be.
The funniest part about it if you think about it, House of Bolton, House of Frey, House of Lannisters all underestimated how deadly the House of Starks could be and as shown here House of Frey paid the price for it.
Arya Stark has returned to her home country of Westeros in an attempt to avenge her deceased brother Robb Stark from the clutches of the vile lord Walder Frey. Little does Arya know that House Lannister has crowned Cersei Lannister as the new Queen of Westeros, a monarch more deadly and evil as her predecessor Now Queen, her plans spell certain doom for House Stark struggling to restore freedom to the North...

It is the best line of dialogue in the whole series.
Arya Stark is the personification of the phrase "A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing".
Leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe... Especially if she is posing as the leader of the sheep, literally in his clothing. XD

My god, she walked out of that room like a boss.
THis was great!!!! Best opening scene ever. Glad to see i'm not the only one that enjoyed it.
I come from the future and "Tell them winter came for house Frey" is still the coldest line ever uttered in the history of television
Arya Stark a badass serial killer. Huge fan favorite. Yep, that's about right.
In a world with dragons, wargs, white walkers and giants, there's one guy in there asking "how does she pull off that voice?" hahahaha!
Who's here after watching a Red Wedding reaction compilation?
No, I just returned from the 'sad moment' compilation and had some sweet sweet revenge afterwards haha
me
I could watch this over and over again.
"Leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe!"
Raven arrives at your keep. Message reads “You’re next. Love, Arya“ then you realize your pants are warm and wet.
The north remembers is my favorite. We will always remember their treachery.
Well...they did say poison is a woman's weapon. Even a woman can kill a house on her own. Revenge truly is a drink best served icy cold.
Feels good to watch these again, but with the new season to come and also seeing many faces that I recognize is damn awesome
Years later still love her. Lets just say and agree Arya is the fucking star of that show.
Normal people: You never go FULL SAVAGE!
Arya: REALLY QUEEN?
A big round of applause for Maisie Williams. She does such an amazing David Bradley impression. ;)
thanks for posting this :)
ALSO her fuckin little speech shit..."tell them the north remembers, tell them winter came for house frey"....gave me god damn GOOSEBUMPS!!!
This was SOOOOOOOO satisfying to watch. Arya is such a badass now.
One of my favorite Arya Stark moments is when she spars with Brienne of Tarth and showed hew how no one fights.
