have you tried inner child healing work? I'm 33 and I recently realized that this was what has been holding me back my whole life, an inner child who believes I'm worthless and who would subconsciously influence me to sabotage everything I set out to do 😞 and basically inner child work is showing that child love and making them feel safe, instead of fighting to destroy them or ignore them like I've tried my whole life. but ofc it's a very long process of self acceptance and self love. it was hard for me to even recognize the underlying issue that a part of me thinks I'm worthless bc another side of me thinks the opposite and I'm much more conscious of that side.

Xanax is the key, I’m prescribed 0.25mg a day when I start feeling overwhelmed and I’m right back to normal and calm. What Xanax does is it clears your brain, it gives you some memory issues but I’ve had them regardless so it’s not much of a difference. BPD to describe it to everyone you feel like a 2 liter soda bottle that was shaken 100 times, plus adding a mentos in it and closing the lid and just leaving it there ready to blow at any second. I took ssris they make you nauseous they give you a disgusting taste in your mouth 24/7 they just don’t do it, it makes you feel lethargic and in a zombie state. I take a 0.25 mg Xanax and it calms me down within 4 minutes, and lasts throughout the entire day. It’s sort of like living with cancer, nobody wants to put poisonous chemo into their bodies to fight the cancer but there’s no choice. A lot of these doctors just don’t want to lose their jobs or be responsible for you getting addicted, so they put you on anti depressants because they won’t get shit for it and can continue making money. People with BPD require the hard drugs in a regulated low dose manner, the symptoms don’t just go away it’s a hardwiring in your body that can’t be controlled. It’s not a good plan to take a higher and higher dose every month but to act responsible with your meds and take them only as needed, the key thing is you need to be mature while prescribed and not reckless. I also have really horrible ADHD more of an in attention and no interest, I’m on a stimulant but I only use it when I need to do something work related not on a regular basis. You gotta manage how you take your meds, you also need to have discipline. You need to work out at least 3-4 times a week the better you look the better you’ll feel about yourself, you need to be on a healthy diet. If you’re not dieting it’s sort of like you’re driving in a race with shitty oil and cheap gas, your car is going to break down eventually. You need to find a psychiatrist that cuts through the bullshit of trying to give you the baby meds and realize you’re craving the meds because you’re going literally insane, I don’t drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes or any of that shit that usually blows steam off for most people so I take a pill instead. Our brains have no dopamine or any other happiness related chemicals in them, it’s like you’re walking past a homeless guy who hasn’t eaten and showered for months and you toss him a quarter thinking that’s all the help he should need. No the guy needs 10k and a place to live lol, people abuse doctors to score drugs to sell or to abuse so people basically ruined it for the people who actually desperately need them.. it really sucks.

@@neebastrod Thank you I'm always glad to help, I take Bupropion 300mg. It's in a sense an anti depressant, the great thing about it is you lose weight on Bupropion vs other anti depressants make you gain tons of weight. I take adderall 1 30 mg pill a day a day, the combo of those two made me stop the xanax. I no longer felt anxiety because the Bupropion combats it, but i also am very active I train in the gym 2 hours a day 6 days a week. I eat lots of vitamins every morning, vitamins are essential. If you lack vitamins in you body it can throw your mind and body out of wack, so doing all those things is the cure.

Personality disorders are the most difficult to help...... requires 100% patient and therapist input and a lot of time and maybe med. A mood disorder is more pliable to change easily to medicate and patient input tends to be more positive as they are more ready to recognise they want to change 😊😊

A former client of mine (personality disordered) took a prescription that treated her "restlessness" and Prozac (depression), plus MANY more for pain.
If only there were a prescription that could have treated her warped moral compass and need to control and manipulate those she was exploiting, along with her noticeable empathy deficiency.
The most horrifying thing about this woman was that she had already been a licensed child psychologist for over 15 years. I would never consider leaving a child alone with her, not even for a moment, much less pay her to be alone with one.

Basically, they offered kids these scholarships and then threatened them all the time they'd take them away. This created a mess. I'll call it a form of PTSD> In other words no signs of a disorder in high school, and not ready to go down the "psychotic drug" extreme right away. Now the doctors rushed to that. I'm not sure we are on the right path. An of course now my daughter doesn't trust people which hasn't helped. With stress and that age, I'm saying look at NUTRITION first. Some people do not believe in Dr. Berg. I do. Look up his videos. If I could just get my daughter to do this, I know it could help her. You have to look at the vitamin levels first.
