That's awesome to see a different Guyanaese culture/ race showing their accomplishments. I loved the way he speaks, left China since age 6 moved to Berbice Guyana then to New York . Very nice that you had a good tour of the kitchen and he wasn't hesitant to share on video how they cooked behind the scene. Awesome share.❤♥️♥️🙏💯🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾👍🏽👍🏽
Great guy. Super friendly! We attended the same high school. Very proud to see he has not only made his name but representing Guyana with his food and restaurant. I definitely will be stopping by to get some vegetarian dishes on my next visit to NY! All the best Fay!

All the foods looks absolutely delicious, very proud to see our Guyana ethnic food from different cultures, making it big in countries like the USA, Canada. Thank you Shabna for sharing such a beautiful video
isnt America the same and they have all the different etnic foods? Italian, irish, greek, mexician, poland, German, ? I have never been to America but I know there are different races there, we in Guyana do not call our food ethnic foods, but just Guyanese foods,as all Guyanese were brought up eating all the foods,so its not new to us.

This chef menu has everything. Lots of choices. Nice guy. And everything is halal. So, the bbq chicken is not really bbq but flavoured with sauce, eh! Any left overs, send to them squatters, they would appreciate it! Your president is a very good cook himself and will give this guy a run for his money. At least he has a backup job. I was surprise I didn’t see you on his guest list at his last Eid feast. You probably not on his nice list!
I been looking for a real guyanese Chinese food after been harass at jade and big well customer service is so bad I will try out this place now I just moved to liberty I can't wait !
Good evening, i visited this restaurant about 6 weeks ago from Canada. It was a Saturday afternoon about 4 pm. We walked into the the establishment, there was no customer in store. We ordered a tray of chicken fried rice ans a tray of chicken chow mein along with an order of chicken in the ruff. The food was dry, the chicken was so dry, i think it was deep fried at leadt 3 times. The chicken in the ruff, was so dry. We also got fish cake, that mostly patatoe, with a few pieced of salt fish. We also got pastry, the dough was like roti dough. Note we has visited a few other west indian establishments before coming here. They were much better. In my opinion you need to give quality food for the price you charge. It was a disappointment for sure. Sincerely 😢😮
Thank you so much for your feedback. I’m so sorry you had that experience. It was not the same when we were there. We enjoyed the food I wished they had maintained the standard…
