I work on a farm here in Nebraska, and I’m turning 17 this year. I’ve been driving a Peterbilt 379 for almost a year now, and I’m proud to say that they’re one of the best trucks to drive. I was driving a 357 before we got the 379, and I’d say they’re both the same amount of fun to drive. I’ve always marveled at how the Jamaican truck drivers don’t use their clutch, their beautiful no clutch shifts, constant jake brakes, and so much more. I admire this channel and like to watch it every day. I appreciate the content on this channel and please keep posting more!

By the looks of the other vehicles on the road, the broken wing on the ornament, and the way they show off the truck as if it were some DUB City custom (truck is light years more badass than those TrapSwagMobiles), I'm assuming it costs a pretty penny.

You can tell a automatic driving steering holder by their comments. He did nothing wrong and operated it fully. Jakes and split in and out of gear never touching brakes in stop and go traffic.

That’s how Jamaican truckers drive you have to understand the roads are much smaller than in the USA more traffic and tighter turns you have to learn to shift up and down at a faster rate

Logan Wilder Thanks for agreeing with me here! I had a buddy literally argue with me about this topic because he does this crap while shifting uphill and on flat surfaces and he thought it was “rookie as fuck” for me to only use it on grades, because I live in a mountainous region.

That's not how you drive a super ten. He is just beating up the truck. Anybody with common sense and real skills know how to drive a super ten . I've been a truck driver for almost 27 years now. Whoever taught him how to drive is not a good instructor. He's grinding the hell out those gears.

You are obviously not a mechanic or know anything about the way an engine works inside. On and off the throttle rapidly, jake brake on and off very quickly. Slamming it into and out of gear. That is all hard on the valvetrain , the jake brake , it is very hard on the crankshaft thrust bearings, hard on motor and transmission mounts, hard on the differentials with the constant vibrational torque, plus it is just wasting fuel. Not to mention driving to fast in traffic, quick lane changes, tail gating, etc etc...
I realize he is showing off for the camera and I get that but I am not impressed at all. I drove truck for 12 years and if I wanted to I could drive like that but why would I want to??
I am more proud of my 1.2 million miles without an accident safety award.

Think of it like this, if you took a cat c15 and put it back in a cat dozer, there would be way more tear on that motor from constant high rpms between traversing rough terrain and running the hydraulic pumps.
