    I love this video. Thanks to God for you. I will do this. I have sciatica before and herniated disc due to an accident 4 years ago. Vit. D3 + K2 MK7 helped a lot w my back pain per Dr. Eric Berg's recommendation. No more pain but my lower body is weak. Going on Ketovore, LCHF also helped. NO TO HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS in order to avoid chronic inflammation.

    Ok, but how do you perform a squat whilst activating your glute meds, but without introducing torsion across your knees. I feel like I want to twist my knees outwards when I do this.

      I would put a small 8 or 12 inch miniband around my knees and press out while performing the squat.

      @@DrCarlBaird Thank you. I like your standing hip abduction idea, but I do struggle with both externally rotating and abducting whilst keeping my knees aligned.
