Magnificent result! This would make such a lovely gift, Louise. I wonder if you could make one look like a little rock pool - with miniature figures or fish swimming in the 'lagoon'?! 🐠🏊🏼♀🐚🏊🏽🦀
The shells are beautiful! The colour in the aqua cast is perfect. Makes them look real! The inside is gorgeous! I must try the aqua cast! Thanks Louise!☺️💐🇬🇧
Gorgeous molds! I agree with you the shells will make lovely candles. I just imagine a sandalwood scent in them --reminds me of the beach. Amazin results!
Thank you for showing technique. I was telling husband yesterday the eco resin would make great shells. I only did my 1st eco pour yesterday. Didn’t know you could use chameleon & uv on it. That’s exactly how I would love mine to look. I think the unpainted one seemed more realistic. Appreciate the inspiration 😊
❤ wow! Lou my dear friend! These shells are just beautiful. I love the colours. These would be perfect for air plants as they don't have soil. I can just see a group of these on the bathroom windowsill and maybe one made into a candle. My goodness you made my brain hurt! Love you x
*GORGEOUS* shells, Louise! ❤😍 Those are just perfect! 💕 I love the interiors, and so appreciate the visual contrast between the matte and shiny finishes! 😊 Have you seen Let's Resin's new color shift powders? Beautiful stuff! Wendy at Toonpish Crafts demo'ed them, and I think you'd love them. They're a bit more subtle than Chameleon flakes/powders, but ohhhh, the colors!
Those are cool! I do prefer the subtler sort of shell finish for these. And with a transparent sort of candle wax... I wonder if I can get the shell molds here in Europe (France)?
These turned out beautifully ❤ 😍.! But I wonder if it's necessary to do the initial coating of UV resin or if one might just use the chameleon powders directly on the Aquacast molded pieces?🤔
I love aquacast and have used it since your first video on it. Where you get your ideas from I’d love to know, you’re so creative. The shells look amazing but would the affect be the same using let’s resin chameleon powders instead of the flakes. Thanks for all your tutorials xxx
Oh wow, I never knew that about my name’s meaning, thank you. The moulds are from Temu (links in description) and the compound is called Aqua Cast ( it is not plaster of Paris)
I've ordered some aquacast. How do you know when it has dried enough to paint? I've used resincrete and I can't tell when it's dried enough to paint, which is why I've ordered aquacast.
Does the mica flakes finish rub off on your fingers after your done? Does it need to be sealed? I have been on a beach items crafts kick lately. These are beautiful.

12:50 I think the subtle one looks much more natural.

Omg I’m so glad I found ya. Have you seen the clear hermit crab shells . I’d love to learn how to create them .

It's very nice, where can we get the moulder, and is it plaster and acrylic paint?Your name means light in Armenian...

No they don’t seem to rub off at all but you could seal it with an extra layer of UV to be on the safe side.
9:38 you need some silicone brushes.
