I thought it is only possible if you hold till taunt, but the first strike shifts you forward from the cliff and in case there is nothing to stand on, A2 does 2B's attack roll. Thanks for the tip! That is really useful!
I was just fucking around in the colliseum reception as A2, taunting and randomly attacking, and just as i load RUclips, this is my first recommendation
bruh the special round (rec level 99) WONT LET ME LEAVE THIS PLACE ive gotten the tank down to half health a million times but there is just so much going on in that fight after the minions spawn. biggest difficulty jump in the entire game LOL
I personally use this to get rid of those “red orbs” enemies or even bosses shoot at you. It’s especially helpful in bullet-hellish situations, since you kinda make room for yourself by destroying nearby orbs, while it also lunges you closer to the enemy and let’s you deal damage
this taunt is exclusive only for A2. just hold the light attack button and it does that. you do combo like light + heavy attacks, pressing and hold the light attack again she does the taunt
@@tiwitiwi6202 All Main Characters can use taunts, but what I'm ask for is to "How to activate the taunts?". Using Taunt chip on both 2B & 9S doesn't do the taunt after pressing L3 (even Basic Control said i need to mash L3, but nothing triggered)
Bayonetta completely spoiled me - I can't force myself to play this game. It's too unfocused, too fetch-questy, too "manage-your-loadout" and too high-school philosophical. Meanwhile Bayonetta 1 is like the most focused, to-the-point, no-nonsense and "I'm-not-even-trying-to-look-smart" balls-to-the-wall bullshit there has ever been. Copared to it this is such a slog. I started it at least three times and I just can't force myself to come back to it.
While I disagree personally especially on the "fetch questy" matter there is fetch quests but it's mostly the start really. Coming from Dmc personally I still love neir to death everything is very meticulously crafted and once it gets going it really shows. It's not for everyone of course though I don't think trying to compare it to a game like bayo is a fair one either given its two different styles of gameplay the hack n slash is probably the closest similar thing to it.
@@viewtiful1doubleokamihand253Same. So why use Bayonetta as example when you have DMC a more technical game. Bayonetta is button mashy, not very different from Automata. They're made by the same people after all.

I tried to master this, but it's too random for proper use. And it work only with small swords((((
Yeah if I had to guess you have to release and press again within about a 3 frame wide window, so it's kinda tight to execute.
@@Seph4096 I think if some trick is about few frames it should be more useful)))
the flashlight also activates taunt so just bind it to a button you can easily spam
Uh.. it doesn’t only work with small swords, in fact, it’s almost instantaneous if you’re using gauntlets while taunting.

i love this 2b hold light attack, why they made it complicated for a2 😭
She taunts like daddy vergil😍
a2: show me your motivation
It's easiest to pull off with virtuous weapons, or any weapon with fast animations
There is a high chance that your basic virtuous light sword is the best weapon in the game, once you upgrade it to 4.
whats the use case for this? genuinely curious, youtube recommended this to me randomly so im not in this sphere of nier combat but want to learn more
Outside of simply wanting to use this particular attack for combo's with A2, not a whole lot rly, just for the knowledge, for combo video's etc..

its not like you will use 2B's charged attack at all, its probably one of the least used attacks on game, you still want to NA with A2
I mean YOU may not, but I have use for it, combo's etc..
Me using all 2bs attacks 🦖🤡
Huh, I didn't know A2 could do that, I thought that was for 2B only
What outfit is It?? Ando where you picked It?? Thankss
Idk why but taunt button doesn't work on me, (Said i need to mash L3 and i tried but it didn't trigger the taunt)
You can hold it with A2. If im not mistaken you do it by holding the square
@@Rez_U_Rekt so whats the real control of using taunts ? Mash L3 or Rapid tap L3 or Press and Hold L3???

easier to just spam flashlight
spamming flashlight doesn't do what i show here lol, taunting is not the point of this video.
it’s not easier to spam flashlight. as one of the best flooded city arena players I can wholeheartedly tell you.
What is this location? I have never seen it
Inside the Flooded Colosseum's lobby
