Any recommendations on shoes my feet cramp up a lot when doing HIIT workouts I have to do them barefoot for the pain to stop. I have tried addidas the foam shoes and I've tried flat shoes to see if it helps but hurts either way.
I have foot problems and a tip I got from a doctor is to getting running shoes that have a sturdy heel. No flexible shoes. If you can manipulate the shoe a lot it isn’t good for sensitive feet. New balance and Nike and pretty good. Also the heel of the shoe shouldn’t have so much space either. Just sharing what works for me. A good website is RunRepeat! They have a ton of reviews on shoes. I know for strength training people use flat shoes but I absolutely cannot do that with my feet either.

Running shoes if you're doing a cardio/hiit workout and converse/vans if its strength training.🙂

I was sick for 3 weeks so I’m out of shape lmao
I stop doing hiit and cardio(my knees😒) and just going up the stairs feels like a workout so its understandable.
