Does Mark recommend doing a water test outside to check for leaks before moving it inside? Couldn't a new tank possibly have issues out of the factory? Just curious. Jealous of your tank Jimmy!

Last spring when I got a new tank, I hired a moving company, we set up day, time, and of course pay. The guy texted me 30 min before he supposed to come "I need to cancel, don't feel like driving." He was about 20 minutes away from me :/
