Yo dude genuinely proud of you. I have a history of alcoholism in my family, I've experienced firsthand how rough it can get. But I also know how possible it is to quit, so power to you man and remember this is one of the best decisions you can ever make. Keep posting! Looking forward to see your progress (remember it's not linear!)
I drank in an addictive way until I was around 25 or 26, and then I went and took an engineering degree, and it was so damn hard and expensive, that I was forced to quit. And my health got way better and I'm kind of an exercise fiend now. So I guess it was a bit of a blessing. I do drink occasionally now, but I barely did for about 8 years, purely out of necessity. Try getting yourself into something very challenging. It might help you kick the habit. Idle hands are the devil's playground
You’re doing great. Understand that addictions happen and could happen to anyone for many reasons. It’s a learning process to overcome it, but continue to be kind and gentle with yourself! Moving to a new place will allow you to create a new routine too, with new habits. Hoping your acting career thrives. 💚
I drank alcohol today after 25 days sober. Such a waste. But I am going to regroup tomorrow. Day 1 again. Please keep posting these videos, I really like seeing them. They inspire me. Stay strong!
Good for you dude. Keep this mindset everyday, you aren't drinking Today
