Oh this looks amazing! Would you be able to do an apple version with raisins and oh a pineapple upside down cake versions? My baby loves her pumpkin and it is so good for her digestion. I am all in for generic, but there are some things that I feel you need to go with the original.

I’d make sure no egg shells made it into the mix like the pieces from that 2nd egg. Other than I’d use real sugar instead of that fake stuff. Generic ingredients are ok too.

Generic is exactly the same as the name brand. The packing company just switches the packaging on the line.

Way to much sugar
I used 3/4 cup Stevia, but if you use regular sugar you can reduce the amount if you prefer. Did you like the recipe?
