    Whoa! The marbling on these was crazy! It's funny you said it reminded you of tri-tip... it kinda cooked up looking like that as well! The straight rub looks like it did a brilliant job all by itself! Great to see this Joe!

      I had no idea about them... but they were a good try, I'll definitely be doing them again. I'll leave them wrapped a lil longer and I want to try tallow next time in the wrap

    Kill Mill...nice color and the smoke ring was definitely there. I tried that cut once now you got me wanting to try it again. Great review on the rub and sauce👊🏽

    Appearence was outstanding, they looked a bit stiff/dry but long as the taste was there. Do you think if you substituted tallow instead of Parkay it may helped. Anyhow they looked good and better on my plate

      What up boss.. yea I was right on the edge of being a lil too tight. I should have taken them to about 200 and they would of been dam near falling apart. I do like that suggestion on the tallow though that would have been probably took em over the top! That was my first time getting to play wit em... next time! Appreciate you 👊🏿💯
