InitialKeyboardIndicators value=2 (enable) 0 (disable) (enable Num Lock key)
KeyboardDelay value=0 (Enabled) (0 to 3) Fewer numbers are faster (faster time to key in the system and retype characters repeatedly)
KeyboardSpeed value=31 (1 through 31) Maximum of 31. More than 31 is not meaningful (faster the character is typed into the system and the character is repeatedly re-typed) The higher the value, the faster the character is repeatedly typed when the key is held down.

KeyboardSpeed 값=31 ( 1번~ 31번) 최대 31 입니다. 31이상은 의미없음
(시스템에 입력되는 문자 반복 속도 빠르게 값이 클수록 키를 계속 누르고 있을 때 문자가 더 빠르게 반복 입력됩니다.)

레지스트리.크리너는 필요없는 레지스트리를
검색후에 삭제하는 목적입니다
이미 설정후 반영된 키값은 유지되어야 합니다
