My mechanic just change mine...not just the bushings, but the entire metal part. Only thing is, now my left wheel makes some strange noises when I drive. Will take it back tomorrow so that he can check it out. But in the meantime, trying to figure out how change the front bushings and links on both front wheels would cause a sound on the left front tire.

That's silicone grease, not white lithium grease.
Yeah I was thinking the same thing, silicone grease is for bushings, white lithium is for metal on metal joints like door hinges.
