Looks like the soup lacks some basic seasoning: white peppercorns (1 tbsp), rock sugar (to taste or 1 Tbsp), 2 Tbsp bottle abalone sauce, salt (to taste), if you put some daikon cubes.... Serving: 1 tbsp fried garlic & oil
