It’s fairly easy now, they have USB to Xbox connectors on eBay that come with a compatible USB jump drive. I have a stock og xbox I’m currently cleaning up, then going to video tutorial on the new process. Used too you needed a specific revision of a specific game for the save exploit, now you can do it straight from the dashboard.
If Insignia has any chance of getting an H2 population someone is gonna need to make an xemu+Insignia+h2 bundle and spread it all over the interwebs. Ignoring questionable legality of course.

Hey I don't know if you're using a modern display or if you're using a CRT, but Halo 2 natively supports widescreen. You just have to change your aspect ratio in the Xbox settings to 16:9.
If it wasnt so difficult to get set up, im sure there would be more players. Ive got the original xbox and also the game.. its hard finding the right usb to upload everything too and all i have is a mac book. Any recommendations? @LenoxFilms

xemu will never run as good as xbox at the moment but turn off threaded optimization and turn on ultra low latency mode on control panel also turn off all background apps
Only on original Xbox, you can also get it to work on certain emulators. Using this on Xbox 360 is next to impossible because of how it emulates the original Xbox
You ain't gonna get those nostalgic trash talking coms, those times are gone and went. The early years of live service created it's own breed of voice chat that has since evolved and can never be recreated. Just think of the csgo "door stuck" video. That dude captured the essence of the era; today something original like that simply wouldn't hit the same. It was truly a phenomenon.

Only on original Xbox, you can also get it to work on certain emulators. Using this on Xbox 360 is next to impossible because of how it emulates the original Xbox
