  • Sauteed pechay with ground pork is a quick and easy dish to make. It takes only about 30 minutes or less to cook this delicious dish. Pechay is a common vegetable and readily available in mny stores or markets, which is why, preparing this dish is not a problem. This Yummy kitchen version of pechay with ground pork is worth trying out, make it anytime when you are craving for something pleasing to the tastebuds.
    Ingredients:
    -2 bunches of pechay
    -1/4 kilo ground pork
    -1 sliced onion
    -3 chopped tomatoes
    -2 cloves minced garlic
    -4 tbsp soy sauce
    -Fish sauce to taste
    -Pepper to taste
    -Oil
    Procedure:
    1. Prepare pechay by chopping them into bite sizes. Rinsed and set aside.
    2. In a lightly oiled pan, saute tomatoes, onion and garlic until fragrant.
    3. Add ground pork, cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
    4. When meat is cooked, add pechay and season with soy sauce, fish sauce and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
    5. Remove from pan, serve and enjoy!
