@WaleraRigid Even generic nuts/bolts with a grade number on top (grade 8.8, 10.9, 12.9) are typically excellent quality high tensile steel. Construction steel is typically very good quality steel with medium to high carbon content and known strength and stiffness ratings. You're probably referring to generic zinc-coated mild steel nuts and bolts which are super soft, deform quite easily and strip their threads with barely one extra turn!!
I was disappointed to see another guitar maker using a CNC machine, but when I saw you making the truss rod from scratch, I was actually quite impressed! Great video, thanks!
Just when I thought this channel simply couldn't get my attention any better with your uploads! In my years woodworking I have made more than 5 model guitars (guitars that don't play but just look cool) and I even went so far as to try my hand at building a guitar from a kit. I understand the unique sensation that comes along when you are about to do anything to the guitar for fear of messing it up. I personally think this guitar is awesome and would love to see the other 3 guitars made. That would be a set of true gems worthy of only the finest musical collections!
world new record... lignum's longest video.. 15 minute... great project.. i really really enjoy the process... i really happy watch this a whole minute..
It had it's challenges, This has to be the tiniest thing I ever welded.. I had to clean the thread afterwards and it's not the prettiest thing but it works! :) I'm glad you like the video!

Beautiful guitar! If it plays and sounds as wonderful as it looks, you have a winner! Thank you for the video 😊. After finishing the video, I stand corrected. Great job! Thanks again 😊
Very cool work. This neck will never break because it's made like a butcher block.I wonder only one thing. However, because it is an instrument, whether the glue between the strips of wood will not disturb the natural vibrations of wood and how it will affect the color of the sound. I am very curious about this.On the shop we can't evaluate it correctly. Regards

Given that the pickups pick the vibrations from the strings up alone I'd say the whole "Tonewood" thing is a marketing gimmick.. That's just my opinion.
The more rigid the better sustain, at least theoretically. The tone in this case should be pretty much "colourless" (hard to tell from yt audio). Anyhow mainly the pickups are giving some colour to the tone.

Dear Sir, This has got to be the best looking guitar I've seen in a very long time. I am glad it was not built with extra ballast otherwise we would have been in for some heavy music!!!!.
