The location is great but the mansion itself looks like a museum I wouldn't dare
This would be great as a Luxury Boutique B&B or Health Resort. That space at the top is fab for work meetings or small private wedding ceremonies. Mansa you breezed past the 1st bathtub quick... That place at the top might have previously been a special bedroom with massive en-suite. Well done Mansa and Willys. 😍 love these houses. keep them coming

Let's do an acre of land at 80m going by average prices in Karen or even 100 being exorbitant. That's 170m max for 2.1 acres or 210m tukienda sana. 340 minus 170 equals 170m and 340 minus 210 equals 130m on the extreme. A range of of 130 - 170m for that medieval house with classical renaissance aesthetic? Sounds like someone's about to get fleeced big time heee. That house definitely looks like it was built by a White settler so we can guess how old it is. Hapa nayo ni kugongwo. Keep up the work though. The Kitisuru house was a work of art for sure. You can imagine the feeling of watching this this after that one. Anyway aisuru 🤣🤣🤣🤣. We live to fight another day.

The exact location of this piece of land would make it about 250M just for the land. Like someone pointed out. This is an open canvas for those who know what to do with it.
The property is the real gem with this one. I get the Mediterranean villa vibes the owner was going for which is fine. However the layout, fixtures, fittings etc failed to deliver. However with the right architect, interior designer and some love this house would be pretty amazing. Did I mention the property? So serene. Love it. Off to work harder.

People just slap prices on anything these days.
The smooth sandy walls and floors in the washrooms is called "Nero" as per Italian style of italian finishing popular in Malindi, watamu and Diani. Some aggregate is mixed with limestone and cement to give that look. But the maintainance is usually tideous and stains easily.
At first glance it was almost a NEXT!!! but OMG THIS!!! THIS!!! What an awesome house with so much potential! What couldn't one not do with this house!
That’s the thing with this property, there is so much one can do it with it.
So far my favorite yet ... the kitusuru one would have done it for me but its land size fell short..this on the other had is an entertainers dream..for startersi like how the developer worked with threnatural floral and fauna of the property... working to incorporate the trees and generally not interfere with the environment...if thus were staged it would look amazing...the additional guest suires make it even more desirable meaning your guest s Will never be in want of space as you entertain ... generally it is an open canvas to tweak it to any desire you would wish..but aa is it's still the best yet kudos Mansa and team.

This is definitely an acquired taste. If you ain’t into Mediterranean architecture you won’t appreciate the house. However, I still feel like it can be renovated into the modern age without losing its Mediterranean identity. We need water features, a proper foyer, the first floor should be redone into bedrooms that make sense, have a spacious landing and lounge. Enes showcases a handful of contemporary Mediterranean properties that make sense in this generation. That said, it is well priced overally. The other structures in the property, the acreage, the location, the square footage of the main house justify the price

That upper level room would be my master bedroom.
Beautiful, massive property. So much space, so much greenery, great views and no sight of neighbors despite being in the city. It's definitely a gem. However, I'm not a fan of the balustrades. I feel like they cheapen the property and make it look like a school. The facade is also a bit boring to me. I can definitely see where the designer was going with the Mediterranean/ Swahili style, but I don't think it translated very well. But these are all things that can be fixed with some renovation and a good architect & interior designer. I love the rooms and the reading nooks 😍 I would definitely buy this home and renovate, if I had the extra millions 🥲
The location is golden, and as you said, with a few touches, it would really stand out.

My goodness… I don’t know how you going to top this one! ( i probably said that on the last one)😂 But yea man this house just keep going and going! I always said I wanted a big family, with this house I could do it and still have room! Even with adult kids in the guest house’s! I’d have fruit trees everywhere 😂 Man that top floor room on the roof.. I have so many good ideas for it! Wow, I’d just make a few upgrades to modernize it to my liking and live happily ever after! It would be hard to get visitors to go home when I’m done with it!😂😂

That's a pocket door. Only windows tend to be casement. And what you called casement window is a picture window. Picture windows don't open whereas casement windows are operated by cranking up.

That price is overreaching. The land is amazing. Amazing location. I will give it that. But the house looks like an apartment building. It lacks character. The interior is so bleh! Some houses you've done in Membley and Ruiru are much better character wise. Honestly, How do you justify that price tag! The person who buys this house (with a reasonable price) will need a big renovation or a tear down and build something thag befits the location! The resort idea is very good though Willis! It can be a great exclusive boutique hotel!

In terms of looks, the house might not impress many in the room and that's the point! Some designs are very niché driven. The room at the rooftop is where I would spend my indoors then outside, at the far edge of the land downhill for my reflections; far away from any commotion
