Need as many CD & CC mods possible. Also as high rolls. Might have to farm a bit to get Zero Fs with offensive rolls aready on it. AC12 is my favorite centered around the chest piece. Secondary weapon for me is usually the Oreo. Multiple ways to do a Zero build. Just need deeps everywhere otherwise
The only thing his rank is doing is having all that expertise. All this gear you can get if your under shd 1000. Especially during global events. Spend the stars on named caches. Increases your chance on getting the chest piece, if you don't have it. That's how I got my hollowman mask.

Swap the mask for the catharsis to get more survivability and dps. Thats how I run this build in pvp and it holds its own
