I use a healer hive with cluster seeker mines, able to provide some heals for the team and keep everyone up as well as crowd control with some AOE. I also use kinetic momentum on a china chest instead of glass cannon and the butsu gloves so I can reset everybody’s revive hives. I’ve had some pretty good success on legendary runs.
I use pulse on a similar build instead of hive. So I'm using the vile mask which when using the pulse it will kill the enemies too. I sometimes use pestilence instead of compactor.
i have the same set up, excepty my secondary is the Harmony Riifle with the talent Perfectly In sync,. This works so well for me along with the capacoitor. Hitting an enemy grants +20% skill damage for 5s.and damaging an enemy with a skill grants +20% weapon damage for 5s.
Any plans on making a build for The Ravenous? I've been curious about using that since the rifle changes and wanted to see what your take would be. I've been thinking about 4p Breakpoint and 2p Zoo, but I'm a simple build maker and don't think of the more convoluted build interactions.
I've still gotta do the raid lol. Very hard to find a clan that will help me as a new player and I've heard pugs are very bad (getting kicked and losing loot or something)

true test of this, IMO, is Tidal Basin Invaded, Heroic. the last section is hectic with a skill Build supporting the group with explosives and Hive drops at strategic locations. and while not getting hit. ran this last night, similar HW build and worked out well with the group i was in.
Finally!!! I was hoping a skill build also benefitted from the buffs. So far its been mainly DPS and some Tank builds, but Skills are my hearts desire and you didnt disappoint! :D
My variation is using the BTSU gloves, in order to support (of create more offensive) way of the hive insane haste buff. Small rooms i go offensive, big ones defensive with the repair. Can even swap to my revive version since it already cuts down cooldown alot, plus 20sec per drop of them lovely balls.

best seeker mine is with hardwire and shield,just swap shield in and out,mines every 3-5 secs

Don't even worry about just equip it and enjoy damage and amor ,,, trust me u will definitely notice then difference 😊

Does the arti hive buff the balls?
You would need to have the hive out along with the balls to make sure the buff applies. Then send the balls out afterwards. That could work.
Why don’t you use the mortar turret instead of the hive?
