Because you went through a wash step-by-step, I finally got this one thing which I was failing to do. I was tearing out enough hair to make a wig! It was huge for me. We appreciate you. :)

I really love your products and watching you make them made me a customer. I have been doing my hair for over 40 years and your products are the best I’ve used. I have paid three times as much for products in the past and they were full of synthetic chemicals and did NOT perform as well. My hair looks great and is very healthy. The only advice I can give is to keep doing what you are doing. All the best for 2024.❤🙏🏾
Hey I jumped right on and placed an order. However in my excitement I ordered the wrong shampoo. Is there anyway that I can resolve this issue. Hopefully, through customer service. Please help if possible.

I have been going to a barber for over 20 years, and I'm ready to regrow my hair. It's full salt and pepper. I purchased Voila to start washing it differently. I will keep you posted on my journey.
