How the fuck does he not have shin splints? He pronates so much when he skips and its loading a lot of stress on the shins. Whenever I do this I have to rest for at least a week

Low impact. Good Shoes. Good Surface. He's pretty much just running in place. Not jumping high. I jump rope 5 days a week on concrete doing low impact style skipping and have no shin splits. My shins feel fine. It's all about having a smooth rhythm.
Strong tibialis anterior helps prevent shin splints.
He is supremly conditioned. He doesnt look like he pronates (inward) it looks more like supination (outward) or under pronates. he is on his toes but remember those boots are custom made probably with shock stopping material or orthotics so his feet and arches are always perfectly supported mechanically plus with his income he has got the best physios money can buy. Footwear makes a huge difference I am recovering from an Achilles injury caused by over pronation and bad footwear!
