Appreciate the info on the VTA replacement star. I have a few LM and one is in need of that date star. Keep up the good work!

Thank you! If you like your LM then it's probably worth it, but I guess installing it into the movement is the hard part :)

Nice vid. Lord Matics are definitely under the radar and can be picked up at great prices, often under $150 in great condition. I have a 1970 Suwa LM and it gets wear, still runs great!

Thank you for your comment! These LM Seikos are great. I might have to buy a Daini-made LM to campare this one with.

@@cassiocameron no it isn't, I bought it on Aliexpress. Originally it was polished but i brushed it with a scotch brite pad

As I forgot to show you the working quickset, I made a short video demonstrating it: ruclips.net/user/shortsszUZ5LA9Aj8?feature=share

So which would you rather have a lord-matic or grand quartz?

    • @TimeHeim

If the grand quartz works well, then it's a really cool option. I don't know where you could get it serviced though

@@TimeHeim I’m looking at buying a Grand Quartz but I also really like the Lord-Matics. I’ve got a bell-matic, so it would be a nice addition.
