Sounds delicious and Butter Chicken is one of my faves! It was a lot to take in over a quick minute. Any chance you’d share your written recipe with us Chef Jack?
Terrific recipe once again Jack thank you. I’ve made it twice though I have a small disaster last night. The yoghurt I used was not the plain Greek yoghurt but the same brand with vanilla bean. By the time I realised it, it was too late. Not wanting to waste a kilo of thigh fillets I went on with the recipe. It wasn’t well received by the family.😫
Thank you 🙏 glad you enjoy it. I have the full video on the channel if it’s easier to follow, this one is quite quick and took a lot of attempts for the voice over haha 😂 felt like I was singing a rap song 😉
I think I would have to use a couple more ingredients for a bit more flavour otherwise it will be very very plain. This is a good challenge though. Maybe I should start a series where you guys challenge me
@@ChefJackOvens With few and local ingredients, it could be diffucult to get coconut milk on some specific Indian spices from local farm store. But this challenge sounds good though!
Canola, vegetable and sunflower oil are pretty much identical with very few differences. The chicken actually has better flavour with the bone in but I prefer to not use it to make for easier prep and consumption
May I suggest substituting the Cream with 1 can Coconut Milk
It tastes good, and there is always one on my shelf.
You definitely can. 😊
U Guyz r eating our cuisine. Wow!
One of the best cuisines in the world!
Awesome! I know that must have been a CHALLENGE to fit inside one minute for an #short! Well done sir.👏
It really is haha. I felt like I was in an audio booth performing a rap song or something haha
Looks delicious 🙌
It’s so good
Can I use the greek yogurt again instead of the cream?
Unfortunately not.

OH NO!! They should really change the containers that the yogurt comes in. At least you didn’t use strawberry yogurt 😉
😂😂😂 I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't laugh, but this was funny. Your family will remember it for ever "remember when the chicken tasted like vanilla?".
Hi Jack. Thank you for video
Always a pleasure
Easy and delicious, saw the video in the morning and prepared the marinate on the spot. Now I'm diggin in!
Fantastic! Glad you enjoyed it
Looks good
👌👌
I just wanna know what is the purpose of yoghurt in the chicken Marinade?
Flavour, helps tenderise the meat due to the acid and helps moisture
Oh my goodness this looks bloody beautiful I’ll definitely give this recipe a crack. Thanks Chef Jack.. 😊👍

Jaaaaaaaack! Lets go champ!
🙏🙏
It's perfect, just two things, make sure the Chiken is boneless, and preferably use vegetable or sunflower oil.

Speed cooking with Chef Jack 😂
Haha. Tell me about it!
Niceeeee!!!!!!
Now, THAT's the way to give us a recipe
It’s very fast haha
Where's the butter mate
Ghee is clarified butter. It’s added in before the onion.
it's called ghee chiefy
Where's the butter?
Ghee is clarified butter, it’s one of the first ingredients to go in the pot
@@ChefJackOvens yeah I was much drunk when I typed that. Sorry pal.
But Jack it's Butter chicken not Ghee Chicken
Hope you’re pulling my leg haha 😂
@@ChefJackOvens Joking of course. Also I guess ghee is clarified butter after all👍👍
Dude, change the preview :)
??
Why?
I don’t understand the comment? Haha
@@ChefJackOvens maybe because the colour of onions, I think
@@ChefJackOvens Me either. Nothing wrong with your videos. Lol.
