Ans. Govt. tender is always given to lowest quote. That is how Adani scored above DLF and Naman.
Q. When total area is 600acres, why 480Acres is alone being developed? What about other 120 acres?
A. 480 acres is residential land. Rest 120 acres won’t go to Adani. It would be used to develop public amenities like parks, open spaces, water tanks, community halls, grounds etc.
