I did get a traditional yoga block and its not right for this work. The rounded edges are so helpful. Just from the videos I'm retraining my sitting position by holding a 5lb weight between my legs and now I'm noticing the pain below my knee is mostly gone. Coicidence, or part of retraining the fascia? I'd love to know.
