What is best for treatment, Heat or cold packs ? Ive got the start of a hip issue and right now its not very painful, just annoying. I feel it a lot when i am driving.
I’m 58. I think mine sounds like hip bursitis in both hips. It comes and goes. I would love a deeper dive on causes and how to heel ot and prevent it coming back. Any exercises? Best foods?
In this Video> there was no reference made at all to "Falls" causing the Hip Pain, plus would this particular source be considered Temporary or permanent? I would also like a special Video made up of describing the effects of a normal "Fall" from snow & ice? Thanks. ST

I use ice as well as stretching and massage while driving especially after an 8 hour shift at work.

Omg I thought that I may have cancer or something. I am 48 but suddenly when I stand in the morning I have the worst hip pain.
It hurts so bad I feel shaky and want to puke. I took 3 aleve and feel much better but not perfect. Is 44 years old common for hip pain?
Yu could have shown properly where on the skin or the location each kind of condition would cause.
