Thank you for this video! I love to work in a trauma center. May I ask in your work do you see more NP or PA? I’m a RN and debating which route to go. Thank you so much for your insights!
Do you have an office to yourself?
How do you get through this when you feel exhausted? Can your department not hire more PA's to help with the load? That's the one thing I don't like. The doctors, PA's, NP's being pulled on so much, not allowing for sleep and eating.
Unfortunately, this is a very common problem in most healthcare facilities.
