Towards the end of his performance when he says "but I'm a creep", it hits me the hardest. I feel I know why...
Most likely he has a deep connection with the song. I feel there's one for me too, in the way he sings it.
Feeling like a creep or weirdo because of others outlook on you. You know you're a good person and you are, but still feeling worthless because of others. Like you're not good enough.
It hurts so bad. Not appreciated and approved of. Taken for granted. It is such a lonely and heartbreaking thing. Which at times for a long time, I've felt like I didn't belong here. There has to be a place somewhere for me.
Gives me goosebumps everytime he goes for the high note. Love it!

I think that Brian and Calum should do a duet! Not being funny, but they both have great voices and Calum's you are the reason , a song he wrote is a smash sung by so many others! I am 77 years young and have loved music my entire life! from doo wop, to the present!

“Creep” is one of my favourite songs my dad introduced me to Radiohead when I was really young and I fell in love with this song. Over the years I’ve heard countless amazing covers of it but Brian’s version right here is one that to me is one of the few that stand to the original, you can hear the passion and pain he puts into this performance and it’s undeniably beautiful. He said he wants people to feel when he sing well buddy you definitely achieved that here! Amazing reaction as always love how much you connected to the performance you looked utterly hypnotised by him and his voice👏🏽♥️

He is one of my favorites to come from these shows, his range is insane. His power is other worldly. He comes back for AGT Champions and does a duet with Cristina Ramos, who is a revelation in her own right, and should be watched. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. It is their finale.

GREAT REACTION. We all go through life feeling inadequate at times, or not good enough. In addition, we spend much of our lives, wanting to be ACCEPTED. Creep draws out an emotional response from us.

There's always a lot of crowd noise during the singing on these shows. A lot of cheers and whoops and such. In this one it was dead silence. For four full counts when he was done, not even a shuffle. I've never seen that before. Such extraordinary control and power to that voice and can you believe he DIDN'T win? Someone was an idiot.

Some of the American Idol contestants are amazing singers, but they ARE doing covers. You may also enjoy going back and listening to the original versions of the songs as well. like this one by Radiohead. In some cases you might enjoy these performances better, with other ones you may like the original better.

The emotion just drips off of this performance, no doubt he was channeling his deepest feelings. Crazy he didn't win, but just like usual the best don't win these things, J Hud and Sarah Ikumu came in 7th, look at J Hud now and no doubt Sarah Ikumu will be at the top also. That might be a great suggestion, Sarah Ikumu as a 15 year old going out and just owning I Am Telling You, I mean she crushed it so well that J Hud started following her on Instagram.
