What does anyone think about this 1 month bulking plan
Whey is a milk derivative, which some say that it feeds microbes. Also, why aren't there any fruits & veggies listed? Is it bc listing them is unnecessary or bc you don't consume any? If you don't consume any, your missing out on a plethora of beneficial nutrients
I mean tho it seems a good amout of food but the total calories in is just too less that what an active human being burns. And when it comes to bulking or cutting, it's simply about calories in and calories out. This is just my opinion tho, correct me if I am mistaken (I am in process of gaining knowledge about fitness)

You could try unrefrigerated protein shakes, some of those don’t have lactose because it’s made with fake milk. But not being able to drink milk when trying to gain weight is a problem, just try more things like putting powder in orange juice or something
