No such thing as auto tune back then. Barry started in the 70s. Lots of babies made to his music.
Exactly
Yup! ! People could really actually sing back in the day!
Real singing
You for get cameo and rodger
@@seanwatson2121 auto tune was introduced in 1997. The voice box was used to create a vocal effect that sounded synthesized. Auto tune is used to correct or change tone in vocal performance in people who sing off key. Two different technologies.
He didn’t lower his voice for this song, that’s his real voice. Barry White was amazing.
Barry's voice makes a woman's ovaries quiver. Like if you agree ladies.
@@nancysorto4769 Sexiest voice hands down!! 🥰 IMO, Michael McDonald and Joe Cocker are a close second and third!
Truth. He had a Baritone/Bass Voice ...
To use younging language..... FACTS! LOL
@@nancysorto4769, even this gifted man has been gone for so long, to this day, hearing anything by him still makes me quiver and prepare to do WHATEVER he says!
Barry's voice turned when he was 14 years-old and this is the result. Try listening to My First my last, my everything.
Great song!!
Trust us, Barry was no pastor. lol He's a legend, known for that deep, sexy voice and a string of baby-making hit songs. Keep him on the playlist! Check out his “You’re The First, The Last, My Everything” "Can't Get Enough of Your Love" and "It's Ecstasy When You Lay Down Next to Me", to name a few.
I have 3 daughters (a set of twins) and BW was responsible😂
@@t.morrison4400 🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Barry was no pastor." 😂😂🤣🤣 just the opposite.😂😂🤣
Also he wasn't a good saint either! Felony for stolen tires.
Barry was a tall big man. The lounge suits was his signature clothing. He was no pastor. He was known as ‘The Maestro’. No auto tune needed. He was a true bass-baritone vocalist. Check him out on Quincy Jones’ song ‘The Secret Garden’.
This man was called Maestro for a reason. He's not only known for his singing abilities but his instrumental music [LOVE THEME] is phenomenal.
Say it loud for the folks in the back! Speak!
auto- tune was not invented then...you had to have talent
Period. He brought a WHOLE orchestra on Soul Train!
Love unlimited Orchestra, and love unlimited singers, one was his wife.
@@lindaroane3344 His performances were legendary I hear.
There is a lot more to Mr. Barry White. He was a baby maker.
Real talk! 😆
Considered the (MAESTRO) He wrote 90% of his songs. He was the arranger, artists, producer, writer. (CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF YOUR LOVE BABE) (I'VE GOT SO MUCH TO GIVE)
And he scored the music for movies as well.
I've Got So Much To Give is the song every woman wants to hear
No that's how his voice is, singing or talking.
It’s his real voice. Auto tune wasn’t available at that time: either you could sing or you couldn’t 😂
PERIOD
Auto tunes has been around as far back as as early 80s cos Zapp & Roger has been using it as much as I can remember. Check out these : zapp & roger - computer love 1985, I wanna be your man 1993
@@coconwa That's not Autotune.
@@waverlysmith238 if is not auto tune , what is it then ? Auto tune is anything or effect that enhance ur actual or natural voice .
@@coconwa that was his natural voice.
Between Barry White, Luther Vandross and Teddy Pendergrass, a lot of babies were made thanks to those three!
Facts🔥🔥🔥
And Isaac Hayes. His song I Love You That's All (from the Joy album) was impossibly seductive.
Don't forget Al Green!
Along with Eddie or Gerald Levert!!!
Sam Cooke needs to be added
Barry White is another GOAT from the 70's. He is known for his Bass-Baritone voice.
Barry tone 🖤
Barry White wasn't a pastor, but he was The Mastro. Conductor of Love Unlimited Orchestra.
Those were such good days, and times. No computers, no auto tune, just good music by talented people who loved what they did.
REAL MUSIC Love Unlimited Orchestra
Dudes, listen to Barry White's, " Never going give you up" and you'll never think of him as a preacher again!!🤣😁
So true
YES, yes, yes ... 🔥🍷
I interviewed him several times when I was a reporter and he had a heart as big as voice was deep.
Nice
😎
how fortunate....
Nice!
I met him once, he said (I quote)... You my friend are a lover... I can see it in your eyes when I talk to you... keep on loving, they (the women) need it cause not enough lovers in the world.
No auto tune - just the sweet sound of Barry’s voice. While I doubt there’s an official count anywhere, the number of babies made to Barry’s voice undoubtably numbers in the millions. 😊
Straight up panty dropping voice
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 True!!!
Barry is a legend. That's the voice girls love. Women went crazy over him
Check out Quincy Jones "Secret Garden", featuring Barry White, Al B. Sure, James Ingram and El Debarge.
A must!
The question is..are they READY for "Secret Garden" ?
@@kimme2852 That song is MY FAV sex song....oh...have I shared too much??? NAH...

James Ingram had such an incredible voice too.
I reckon many of your friends were conceived to some Barry White! You better ask somebody! 😉🎶🥂👶🏾

Ohhhh...Secret Garden 😍
Listen to another
Master musician! He had his own orchestra.
Oh yes! But “ You’re My First My Last My Everything# is the bomb! and one of my absolute fav’s.. That orchestra is off the chain!

Yes Secret Garden by Quincy Jones
Yes!!!!
SECRET GARDEN
Lol, Try closing your eyes when you listen to him sing. Definitely not a preacher. I love you guys reactions. I think you should do follow ups after your reactions to let your viewers know what you learned about the artist. There have been so many connections to the artist you’ve listened to. For example, Whitney Houston and Dolly Parton, Whitney Dionne Warwick, Whitney and Brandy. Also, what movies they may have been in or movie the song was a soundtrack to...
😂😂That laid me out when they said that!
@@sxm76 😂🤣😂🤣
I love your idea! I would enjoy witnessing the next round of their deepening music education.
@@BBlair-if8tj Thank you!
That's a great idea LaNessa 👌
I hope that the guys take it on

Barry White had a very deep speaking and singing voice. He was a very talented singer, songwriter...just an awesome musician.
Barry White - Let The Music Play , one of his many classics. Yes that is his real voice 🎤
“Dude look like a pastor...” 🤣 That baritone is absolutely iconic. No autotune, twins, just badassery and swag.
No auto tune. Back then the voices were all theirs. I miss those days.
Suggestion: Teddy Pendergrass - Turn off the Lights or Close the Door
And feel the fire teddy and Stephanie mills
Also teddy pendergrass-Tko
Can’t We Try and Love TKO or The Whole Towns Laughing At Me , love this man.
FOR REAL, HIS VOICE WAS THAT DEEP...HE WAS 6’4”.

There is no auto-tune in Barry White's voice that is all-natural.

I've always loved Barry's music and voice.
Man. This song brings back some dance floor grinding memories. Lol
STOP IT!!😂😂 But you right.
I’ve listened to 40 years of this voice. There is no auto tune or any enhancements on these vocal cords. Sorry fellows. A lot a children are here because of this voice.
My First, My Last, My Everything - it's a Barry White MUST.
Quincy Jones "Secret Garden" is a must. Features Barry White, Al B. Sure, El Debarge, and James Ingram. Absolute classic.
LOVE THEME (aka) LOVE UNLIMITED (orchestra) beautiful masterpiece written and produced by BARRY WHITE.
Yes, that's Barry's voice, he had all the women swooning, his concert were crazy, women fainting in the aisles I really miss him😊
Guys this music was out before auto tunes ever was even thought of!!!😂 that is Barry white the one in only. No one has ever been able to duplicate his voice.
Singers practiced like olympics to perfect tone, volume, and in tune. Today’s generation can afford to Vs lazy with their voices
thebestofyoy69: You must have never heard Floyd Smith's "I Just Can't Give You Up", sung to the tune of "Satin Soul" and backed by The Salsoul Orchestra (The original MFSB). Had you heard it, you would have swore it was Barry White!: ruclips.net/video/5LwDzNOiBQ0/видео.html
Barry White is a legend. Always need to light a cigarette after his music! (just kidding!). Sorta....Great reaction, twins!
He was preaching through love songs back in day. Smooth, deep voiced, cold style🔥
Barry White's voice make my clothes fall off.
😄 They said Barry looks like a pastor 💀
Barry White was the lover man! Lot of babies mad to his voice
Think about him as the High Priest of Love Singers...
THE MAESTRO,,,, there is nothing else anyone can say. I encourage you to research his body of work. Another one of the great ones that left this world too soon.
The deep voice of L❤VE. ...
Barry is Legendary
BARRY WHITE &.Lisa Stansfield "Been All Around The World" (&I can't find my baby) VIDEO
This man was a woman’s voice candy, 🇬🇧❤️xx
There were so many other Barry White songs I would have chosen instead of this one, but you guys are always fun to watch. Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving. And let’s get some more Motown Music up in here..!
Y'all gon learn tahday!!! Barry White brought a lot of us into this world...that's facts. 💯®️🗣
Y'all gotta do "Secret Garden"!!!
Barry White nothing but love. Back in the day my oh my 💘 💘 some more Hall and Oates please. They all came up together.
barry the king of love songs
Definitely not auto tuned. That's his voice. He sounds like that on every song. Love it.
Barry White started out as a music producer and had a 40 piece string laden orchestra. This is the way he started out and came out with the musical piece Love's Theme. He was born in Galveston, Texas. At first he didn't sing, but once he started singing everyone enjoyed his music and loved the way he sang. If you can listen to his Love's Theme composition played by his orchestra.
He was the master of the love/sexy songs. That deep voice!
His voice....gives me chills to this day!
The yougins have been deprived of real SANGIN' for so long. They didn't have auto-tune in the 70s, 80s.
Barry White
Peabo Bryson
Phil Perry
Philip Bailey (Earth, Wind, and Fire)
Howard Hewitt (Shalomar)
Jeffrey Osbourne
Teddy Pendergrass
Nick Ashford (Ashford & Simpson)
THE MAESTRO!!! This was a true "LOVE" voice!!! This talent was true MAGIK!!!!
I am not even a Barry White fan, but I LOVE to hear ya'll's reactions to his NATURALLY DEEP voice. Next check out Secret Garden, that song has SEVERAL G.O.A.T. singers
He once did an interview for Rolling Stone. The female journalist met him in his hotel room. He greeted her dressed in a silk dressing gown, & room service had brought up champagne & caviar. He knew how to play the role. The interviewer happily gulped the caviar & champagne. She wrote glowingly about him. He knew his audience!
Barry White, “Your sweetness is my weakness”
Or
Teddy Pendergrass, “Love TKO”
Both bangers
Barry is the man as his voice was electrifying, sensual, added with a baritone bass that only he can do. There was never any auto tune, or voice enhancement of any kind just pure sexual delight. Thank you guys!
One song by The Mastro, Barry White that is a love making listen " Love Serenade".
Barry White has so many hitters.... anything he touched was magic. That's his real voice. One of my favorites is "Its Ecstasy"
NO AUTOTUNE!!!! Barry's voice was the real deal.
Barry White was one of the best Crooners ever! Not only was his voice real (no autotune) but he was an excellent and prolific song writer also. Most of his music was accompanied by his Love Unlimited Orchestra, and excellent group of musicians.
Why don't you play , Barry's Never gonna give you up , , but you better put on your seatbelt for that song , .. Holler it's 2020....😁
Still get chills when I hear his wonderful voice! I'm nearly 70!
That IS his voice.
That’s his voice for real. That’s what made him so unique!! No auto tune. 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Autotune didn’t exist before the year 1997 ᴀᴅ.
Personal computers are only about thirty years old.
40 years
Before there was auto tune, there was the 'voice box'. Remember Zapp ?
@@kimme2852 :They’re not the same thing (autotune & voicebox) nor were they used for the same purposes. The voicebox wasn’t something used by every producer to “fine tune” mediocre vocals (the way autotune is utilized).
@@salwashabazz7329 I never said they were the same thing. They seem to give a similar sound effect. How and who utilizes it has nothing to do with that.
@@kimme2852: Similar sound effect? I guess that’s a matter of opinion. ✌🏾
There was no auto-tune back in Barry White's day. That was his voice. He had a real deep voice that the ladies loved. He was amazing.❤
Fella's "PLEASE" Listen to Square Biz by Teena Marie.. Promise it's a Banger...She's a Legend!!!
Teena played the guitar 🎸, sung, and danced thru the entire song. I'm worn out just dancing thru the song 🎵 😁. When I was young, her concert was banging!!!
PLEASE !!!
YES. I request it once a month hoping it will get played. You can't go wrong with Lady T
Young brothers, Barry had one of the greatest voices of all times. This was a little later in his career. To get classic Barry check out "I'm Gonna Love You Just a Little More Baby", "Never Never Gonna Give Ya Up", "Can't Get Enough of Your Love Baby" and "What Am I Gonna Do With You"!!!
Barry's voice was authentic.. Love his deep voice..
Not even close to being Barry's best.
Barry White is the Master of Love Making Music. Listen to his song BABY BLUE, then you're know what I mean. A lot of babies were conceived from his songs.
No Auto Tune back then. The REAL DEAL. That's BARRY'S voice. Real Talk.
Twins Thanku for this , this is what we called back in the day Grown Folks Music, that DEEP voice was all Barry, NO AUDIO TUNE......
Oh what a sexy, deep voice! There were some better choices, but I can't think at the moment. Try some of his others!
Barry White was The Man back in the Day, y'all. Loved his voice.
Whew chile. Thats all I can say.
Famous bass singer. The good old days no autotune just him 🙂
Lenny Kravitz - Are you gonna go my way. 70's themed rock played in the 90's by light skinned black due with dreads.
And the song is about Jesus Christ.
