Since 1st service it's giving me trouble...
For a tiny issues I want to visit service center many times. For gear shift problem I visited service center for 4 times within span of 500kms (in 2 months).
For oil leakage problem they took one and half to rectify and I've visited more than 20 times for that. Vehicle covered 6000 kms till now. And 70% of that covered to visit service center.
Once vehicle left to service center it ll take 2 to 3 days. Whats the use of taking your vehicle, investing so much money to leave in service center.
I need an extended warranty for free from the company side.
Or any other free service.
This is the request from my side.
Will be waiting for the call from the official Jawa

Instead, request Mr. Mahindra to focus on their product. The only fool-proof way to a successful business organisation is an honest product. No amount of glitz and glam, advertisements, promotions, cashing on people's emotions through such ads will help you unless you have a worthy product. Heck, it doesn't take a business expert to know this.

The content you are posting is so mesmerizing.....people will definitely get attracted to it and no doudbt about that. But the sad truth is your are so ignorant about your customer's problems. After experincing the before sales and after sales service, I'm telling you this.....You guys failed in addressing customer issues and you are trying to make people fools in social media. First of all your Jawa bike is not reliable. Most of the people don't know/understand what's happening in pre sales and after sales because they are also great fans of Jawa. There are several sad stories about your service which are true and which I can't post evrything here. You people are ruining the reputation of old mighty Jawa. Being a great fan of Jawa, I'm telling you this, you are providing worst service even comapared to small segment company bikes in the market. I'm saying this because there are several isuues with your pre sales and after sales service. Along with your after sales service, your customer support also pathetic. Every time when I reach out to customer service they'll simply say, we are escalating this issue. My complaint was escalated four times as of now and the customer care executives do not even know to whom they are escalating to, but they'll simply escalate. My question is when there are no esacalation levels, what's the point in esacalating each and every time when I call customer care support. I'm not revealing the full details of my issues and complaint becuase it'll definitely effect your sales. If you want to know more about my complaint, this is my complaint ID 211000C0000007666. Hope this will help you to understand what's happening. It's been already a week since raising the ticket. It would be a great help if you look into this quickly. Please don't say that we'll reach out to you or it is in work in progress or reach out to your dealership service center as I'm already pissed off about all these things.
Finally, if you can't address the customer issues properly, I'm requesting you to remove the sentence "Nobody understands your motorcycle better than we do." from owener's manual, which doesn't make any sense.
I am waiting for the upcoming yezdi from jawa , should I go for it or not
